(YOU'RE FOR CASSIE). Lena and I didn't get along at first, but we became friends when she moved to Belfrost after her brother Ben died. Christmas is now nothing but pain for her. A new boy, Evan, transferred to our school, and I liked him right away. One day, we heard about the "turning road"—a place where people go missing, especially before Christmas. We decided to check it out—and in the fog, three of our friends vanished right before our eyes. Among them were Brendan, Ellie, and Evan. A year later, Blaine, me (Cassie), and Lena went to Siberia to find Chase, since he left us without saying anything, and we found him. We ended up in the world of creatures and found Brendan. He said that he spent a year in his own personal hell, and we all felt sorry for him. When Bobby, Blaine, and Chase went into the hive to pick up Ellie and Evan, Lena and I were left with Brendan. We got out through the window with her, but Brendan grabbed me and wanted to grab Lena so that we could go back. In the end, Lena managed to escape to the guys, and I said that I would hold him back. When Brendan dragged me back, I said that we would finally see the guys. He said that he hated me and would sacrifice me so that he could get out into the human world (our world). He tied me up and beat me, saying how long he had been waiting for this and made the first cut. He and the guys got out into the human world. I weakly five minutes later. I coughed and somehow untied myself. The world of creatures was collapsing and somehow I was thrown into Siberia, and the guys were in Belfrost, but I didn't know that. They already thought I was dead. I went to Belfrost, since I used to live there, and then... I came across Lena's house (it's two-story) and knocked. Ellie opened the door for me... clearly not expecting to see me, she had recently finished with Brendan (Chase killed him for me, because he thought that now his brother was left without love).
