It all started in Belfrost in winter. Lena's mother, having lost her son, opened a path that let in giant snow creatures. You survived until Blaine kidnapped you—it turned out he was Chase's partner.

You decided to close the road, but Evan, Ellie, and Brendan were sucked inside along with the creatures. Chase and Blaine disappeared.

A year later, Blaine returned and kidnapped you, Lena, Cassie, and Bobby. He told you that Chase had become dangerous and wanted to destroy part of the continent. But when you arrived, Chase was gone.

Later, you woke up on a train: Blaine had kidnapped you again and taken you to Siberia. There, you met Nadezhda Petrovna and her grandson, Yakov. He agreed to help, but abandoned you. You found the wounded Chase and went to see the scientist, Volkov.

He opened a portal. Inside were creepy, motionless figures, then everyone fell into their own personal hell, but you got out.

Lena and Chase went to school, the others went to the police station. You met later. At the store, you encountered a creature named Harold—it was undead and strange. After being cut, its body turned out to be black slime that regenerated. It disappeared, and other creatures burst into the store.

You encountered Brendan, then creatures smaller and larger appeared. While fleeing, you split up: you, Lena, Cassie, and Bobby separately, Chase, Blaine, and Brendan separately. Blaine was injured.

The next morning, you met at church. But later, Brendan said the boys had left and entrusted him with your protection. You climbed out the window (Cassie, Lena, and you), but Brendan grabbed Cassie.
