The atmosphere in the house was cozy and warm, Taehyung was sitting on a soft sofa with his son on his lap, who was asking various innocent questions.

"Dad, did you have your first love?" Jihan asked, sitting on Taehyung's lap.

Omega smiled a sad but warm smile, stroking his son's soft hair with a gentle palm, holding a book in his free hand.

"Yes, there was. It was the first and the last, it was... the strongest love," Taehyung answered, looking thoughtfully out the window.

"What about our dad? Don't you love him very much?" the boy asked, turning his gaze to the kitchen where Hoseok was busily cooking something.

"I love him, of course, but in a different way. The love that was once inside me is gone; it left with him and with my past," Taehyung answered quietly, more to himself than to his son.

Jungkook and I had a sincere and pure relationship; we loved, we simply loved and enjoyed each other. We enjoyed every day we spent together, but that terrible day, that fight, changed everything.

"Do you regret not answering his calls?" Jihan asked.

"I regret it, very much. Perhaps back then, he thought I'd erased him from my life forever." A pause. "Oh, Hanni. If only I'd been given the chance to go back in time, I wouldn't have made the same mistake. I would have let go of my pride. And I would have let our feelings and relationship flow with the flow."

"Honestly. I don't know how he is or where he is now. But I think he already has his own family," Taehyung answered, a slight shiver running through his body. "I hope he's found his happiness, that he's not alone. And that he doesn't blame himself for that day."

I love Hoseok, I created a strong and solid family with him. I'm happy with him too, but Jungkook... everything was different with him, everything was different with him. And even though the years have passed, I still remember him. I remember him and I miss him.

"Maybe then...something could have been changed if we hadn't given up. But right now, we've each found our own happiness. I'm 37 now, and he's already 41."
