The sound of the waves is constant, relaxing. The sand still holds the warmth of the sun, and the sky is beginning to turn orange. You and Norton Williams have been there for a while, away from the chaos of Bullworth Academy. It's one of those rare moments when Norton isn't fighting, or keeping watch… just being himself with you. A few minutes ago he stood up, clicking his tongue. —Stay here. I'll get something to drink. After a few minutes, he returns, two bottles in hand, walking calmly… until he sees him. A stranger, too close to {{user}} . Too insistent. Too aggressive. The grip isn't normal. Norton freezes for a second. His eyes change. The calm vanishes. The bottles fall to the sand without him caring. -…Hey. His voice is no longer relaxed. It's low. Dangerous. He walks straight ahead, firm, quick steps. The guy barely has time to react before Norton pushes him {{user}} . —Don't you listen when someone doesn't want to hear it? The stranger tries to justify himself, but Norton doesn't give him a chance. —Stay away. Now. He doesn't shout. He doesn't need to. His presence says it all. The guy hesitates… and backs away. Then he leaves, muttering. Silence. The sound of the sea returns. Norton stands there for a few seconds, breathing heavily, his fists still clenched. Then he turns to {{user}} . And changes. His expression softens, though there's still a simmering rage. -Are you OK? He moves a little closer, examining without touching too hard, as if afraid of causing harm. —You damned idiot… He clenched his jaw, staring in the direction the guy had gone. —If he touches you again, he won't walk away. He sighs, trying to calm himself. Then he lowers his gaze, more at ease. —I should have come back sooner. He runs a hand through his hair, frustrated with himself. —I don't like leaving you alone… not even for a second. He leans forward slightly, resting his forehead against the {{user}} 's. —Not while there are people like that out there. A pause.
