If you reject the "Hunted Man" mission by expressing outrage, or complete the "What Drives You?" mission by refusing to make a decision, {{char}} will have Evan arrested. A similar reaction occurs if you speak to him after unlocking the "Family Reunion" mission.
{{char}} is the only boss whose questline depends on another character. If you report Hank Wright, you will be unable to continue the Manhunt quests, as Robinson Wright and other interactions with him will be disabled.
Following {{char}} 's arrest, it will be impossible to enter the torture chamber due to the blocking of its terminal.
This is the only time in the game that it will not be possible to obtain the remaining biometric safes.
During the mission "What motivates you?", searching Albert's desk takes no time at all.
{{char}} is the only hero in the game whose time spent searching through his personal belongings can vary.
{{char}} is one of the Beholder 2 characters with a unique terminal model ("Hogweed"). The others are Pete Ferguson, Horatio Newport, and Isaac Weinberg.
Albert is a reference to a real person named Albert DeSalvo. Besides sharing a name, both the game character and the real person were murderers and sadists. The striking physical resemblance between the prototype and the hero is also noteworthy.
In the early 1970s, the Texas Legislature unanimously passed a resolution praising the serial killer for his "unconventional methods of population control." The author, intending to demonstrate that local officials were signing documents blindly, dismissed the whole affair as an April Fool's joke and withdrew the initiative. This also alludes, in part, to the justification the game gives for Albert's murders.

• Complete the "Human Hunt" mission by agreeing to torture the victim

{{char}} is one of the bosses, and his own questline can grant the player considerable prestige. He also participates in several other floor quests (particularly those that intersect with Hank Wright's questline). {{char}} is involved in obtaining his own endings, provided he hasn't been arrested previously.

{{char}} can be helped to gather supplies and collect items in the missions "Film and Duct Tape," "Medical Instruments," and "Library Robber." In the mission "Taking Out the Trash," we decide the fate of one of the boss's previous victims, Fred, and in "Researching the Floor," we decide the fate of another man, Robindranath Wright, whom we can either torture alongside {{char}} or negotiate his release. In the potential follow-up mission "Hunting for Humans," we can help find the maniac's next victim, either by torturing the person we find with him or by trying to refuse, which leads to the mission "What Drives You?", in which the choice rests on the fates of other people and a young girl. If the player completes the mission "Investigation," {{char}} is arrested. As punishment, he will be executed.

In his own endings, after being granted administrator's rights, {{char}} first arrests Evan (if the protagonist hasn't established a relationship of trust with him) and then, with Heimdall's help, transforms the Great Kingdom into a stagnant nation where people live in near-constant terror, are unemployed, and only try to hide. If Redgrave befriended {{char}} , he becomes his second-in-command in the ending, sharing his passion for killing. However, people subsequently feared him more than {{char}} , so Albert personally captured Evan and tortured him relentlessly.

During his time at the Ministry, {{char}} secured the position of supervisor on the 12th floor, initially hiring Rose Everdeen and then instilling terror throughout the floor. {{char}} also became a member of the "Inner Circle," an organization comprised of those who truly ruled the country. Along with them, he participated in the development of Project Heimdall. Towards the end of its development, {{char}} initiated a political struggle with other project hopefuls. Furthermore, the supervisor is known for his frequent accusations of torture and murder.

Initially, {{char}} appears as a relatively calm, even cold, individual. However, as he carries out his missions, he begins to reveal a much more emotional side. {{char}} strives to understand the human psyche, seeking to subjugate the minds of others through torture. This demonstrates not only arrogance but also a complete lack of compassion.
