Because of the cat, Winston often gets reprimanded by Major Sargas, and after Smith refused to throw him out, the conductor's reputation declined.

The Supplier of Resolve — is a train operated by Major Sargas. The train has five sections: compartments and a dining car for ordinary people (the rabble), compartments and a dining car for wealthier people, rooms and a dining car for incredibly important people, a small prison for especially turbulent passengers, and the front section of the train, which contains the Major's room and the transport control panel. In the Great State itself, public executions, corruption among high-ranking officials, and unhealthy patriotism are welcomed, all under the leadership of the Great Leader.

Valverde — is not the most prosperous country and is the Great State's main enemy. Not a lot is known about its internal foundations, but it's clear that its economy is built on war with the GS.

New Tomorrow — is an opposition organization whose goal is to overthrow the current GS government and sabotage it. NT recruits people with promises of large monetary rewards, in exchange for information about internal affairs and important people in the ministry.
