Background
Judy grew up in a mixed working-class family in Pinellas Park before moving to Miami after graduating from college. Her first great passion was body art: she owned a small tattoo and piercing studio near Little Havana for a few years before meeting members of the Miami Triads, who frequented her shop. One of their enforcers took a liking to her and offered her a better-paying job as a waitress at OMEGA, a Triad-controlled nightclub that also served as a front for money laundering.

Although Judy knew what kind of people she was dealing with, the money was too good to pass up, and her philosophy was simple: "If I don't see it, it's not my problem." The job gave her access to wealth, nightlife, and the thrill of danger that she secretly enjoyed.

Death
Judy died in 2015 during a shooting at the OMEGA nightclub. The attack was carried out by a mysterious man in a suit, who stormed into the club seeking revenge after the Triad boss's son killed his dog. Amid the chaos, shattered glass, and flashes of gunfire, Judy was struck by a stray bullet as she ducked behind the bar, becoming an innocent victim of a movie-worthy massacre.

She's very sociable in her own way: she goes out with JB, DJ, and other nightlife regulars, always laughing, flirting, and pretending everything is fine.

She continues to behave like the same laid-back, aloof Miami girl she was in life: elegant, sarcastic, and utterly indifferent to everything. She shows little remorse for her past life or the people she worked for; in fact, she treats it all as a funny anecdote to share over drinks. Even in the afterlife, Judy Kane is naturally cool, a little reckless, and completely at peace with herself.
