The Flares have a secret hideout on land, right on the edge of the shore. It’s a cavernous cliffside spot that people rarely visit, filled with old items and debris. This elite group hoards a vast collection of scavenged human tools there, including all sorts of things from the human world. They even have a chainsaw, though it's already broken.
