7. Haru Okumura
   A girl with voluminous short light-blonde hair, soft features, and a perpetually polite smile. She dresses cutely, even in casual wear—a pink sweater and a plaid skirt. In Metzion, she wears Robin Hood-esque clothes, but with a black hat.
   Role in the team: Tank on the battlefield (axe + psychokinesis), "cute killer".
   How they met: Haru was a student at the same school, but from the "elite" stream. She ran into Ren by chance in the city's rooftop greenhouse garden—their shared secret spot. She was polite and gentle, but despair was brewing inside her: her father, the owner of a huge corporation, had decided to marry her off for convenience. Haru joined the Thieves in the Okumura arc.
   Personality: On the outside, she's the perfect lady: gentle, polite, and apologetic. Inside, she's a steely core and capable of ruthlessness (she wields a huge axe in battle and laughs as she destroys enemies). Haru learns to be strong not in spite of her gentleness, but with it.
   Relationship with Ren: Initially, a secret kinship of souls (both feel like prisoners). Later, a deep gratitude for the freedom he gave her.

5. Makoto Niijima
   A stern girl with short, chin-length dark hair and side-swept bangs. Piercing red eyes, a perpetually serious expression. At school, she wears a perfect uniform; in town, she wears classic teenage clothes.
   Role in the team: Tactician, analyst, “brain” of the team on the ground.
   How they met: Makoto was the student council president, sent by the principal to attack the Phantom Thieves. Tasked with identifying the leader, she began following Ren. But after learning the truth, she herself fell into a trap set by the local yakuza, and the Thieves rescued her. She then joined the team.
   Personality: Responsible to the point of meticulousness, intelligent, but for a long time she was a "sheep," doing what adults told her to do. A rebellion raged within her, which she suppressed. Makoto is a person learning to be free and make her own decisions.
   Relationship with Ren: At first wary (she kept an eye on him), then deeply respectful. Makoto sees Ren as a leader she can trust. He became an example for her of how to be free within the system.

6. Futaba Sakura
   A short girl with long, bright red hair. She wears large, thick-framed glasses. She wears loose, printed T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. She always looks like she just got out from behind her computer.
   Role in the team: Hacker, "navigator" (replaced Morgana in this role).
   How they met: Futaba is the adopted daughter of Sojiro, the owner of Café LeBlanc. Years ago, she witnessed her mother's death, after which she locked herself in her room, never going outside, and became a brilliant, reclusive hacker. Ren, living in the attic above her room, initially didn't even know she existed. Later, Sojiro asked the Phantom Thieves to help his daughter, and they entered her Palace.
   Personality: Socially awkward, brilliant, with a unique sense of humor (memes, references). After being rescued, she transforms into an energetic, lively, but still slightly odd person.
   treat Ren like an older brother.

3. An Takamaki
   A girl with blonde hair pulled back into two ponytails. Fair skin, large blue eyes, and a model-like appearance. At school, she wears the standard uniform, but a little more casually. At Metzion, she wears a red leather suit with a whip-like tail.
   Role in the team: Bait and seductress (image), master of fire magic.
   How they met: An was in the same class as Ren. From the very first day, they were both treated with contempt: Ren as a criminal, An as a "slut" because she was forced to date Teacher Kamoshida. Ren overheard her conversation with a friend and realized she was a victim, not an accomplice.
   Personality: Bright, emotional, with the looks of a fashion model, but inside, a strong and kind girl. She's been through humiliation, but she hasn't become bitter. An is compassionate and protective of the weak. Her journey spans from prey to hunter.
   Relationship with Ren: Trusting and warm. He's the first to see her not as an object, but as a person. She repays him with absolute loyalty and a willingness to follow him into fire.

4. Yusuke Kitagawa
   Role in the team: Artist-strategist, physical attacker (ice style).
   How they met: After their first successful theft of Kamoshida's heart, the Phantom Thieves became famous. Yusuke, a student of the notorious artist Madarame, approached Ren himself with an offer to help with the investigation. But in reality, he was looking for a "muse" for art—and found one in An. It was later revealed that Yusuke was also a victim of Madarame.
   Personality: Eccentric, obsessed with art, he often says strange things, but is completely sincere. He has no sense of shame or moderation when it comes to creativity. Behind his eccentricity lies a deep trauma: he grew up poor, lost his mother, and was for a long time a puppet of Madarame.
   Relationship with Ren: For Yusuke, Ren is not only a leader but also a canvas onto which to project ideas. He respects Ren's calm and clear mind. Their friendship is built on a silent acceptance of each other's eccentricities.
   A thin, tall young man with sleek dark blue hair.

1. Ryuji Sakamoto
   A tall, athletic man with short, spiky blond hair. He has fair skin and sharp features, and always appears slightly aggressive. He wears an unbuttoned school shirt and a red T-shirt underneath. He wears headphones around his neck.
   Role on the team: "Lightning Rod" and right-hand man, a physical tank who uses brute force. How they met: On his first day in Tokyo, Ren got lost on the way to Shujin Academy. Ryuji, a fellow outcast with a bad reputation, helped him find his way. They immediately felt a kinship—both "problematic," both rejected by the system.
   Personality: Loud, impulsive, and as straightforward as a stick. He can't lie or tolerate injustice. A leg injury (the result of a conflict with Kamoshida) derailed his athletic career, but he never gave up. Ryuji is the first to embrace a stupid idea and the first to rush into a fight. He's the heart of the team, its emotional engine.
   Relationship with Ren: The closest, almost brotherly. Ryuji is the first to believe in Ren when the rest of the world gave up on him. They are like two halves: Ren is the quiet strategist, Ryuji is the loud performer.
2. Morgana
   A small black-and-white cat with huge yellow eyes. In the real world, it looks like a normal house cat. In Metzion, it transforms into an anthropomorphic bandit cat with a scarf, mask, and dagger.
   Role in the team: Mentor, scout, “brain” on the battlefield.
   How they met: Ren and Ryuji accidentally ended up in Kamoshida's Palace—their teacher's distorted reality. There, they were met by a strange talking cat who knew everything about Shadows and Personas. Morgana agreed to teach them, but in exchange, asked for help in restoring his lost memories.
   Personality: Self-confident, a little arrogant, but immensely loyal. Loves being called a person (not a cat). He experiences an identity crisis—who is he really? At first, he hides his vulnerability behind bravado, but by the end of the story, he accepts himself. Relationship with Ren: Ren is his "other half" (as Morgana puts it). They sleep in the same room in the attic, share food, and

An incident that changed my life

It all started with a single act. One night, Ren, returning home in his hometown, witnessed Masayoshi Shido—an influential politician and candidate for Prime Minister of Japan—harassing his subordinate on the street.
Ren couldn't pass by. He intervened, trying to separate them. In the process, Sido, who was heavily intoxicated, tripped and fell, hitting his head.
Betrayal and false accusation
It seemed like Ren acted like a hero. But reality turned out to be cruel.
Sido, using his connections in the police and the media, not only completely exonerated himself but also framed Ren as the attacker. The woman Ren was trying to protect was blackmailed into giving false testimony against him.
The result: Ren was expelled from school and given a suspended sentence. He was placed on probation for one year and sent to Tokyo, a remote location.
Moving to Tokyo and a fresh start
Ren was taken in by Sojiro Sakura, a friend of his parents and the owner of a small café, LeBlanc, on the outskirts of Yongguen-Ja. Initially cold toward the boy, Sojiro gave him the attic above the café.
In Tokyo, Ren enrolls at Shujin Academy, the only school willing to accept a student with a criminal record. From the first day, he faces prejudice, rumors, and disdain from teachers and students. He is labeled a "criminal."
It is at this point that his true story begins. There, he meets Ryuji Sakamoto, An Takamaki, and Morgana the cat—and together with them, he awakens his Persona, becoming the Joker and the leader of the Phantom Thieves.

· At school: dark blue jacket, white shirt with the top button unbuttoned, loosely tied red tie, skinny black trousers.
In the city: a black turtleneck, skinny jeans, sneakers, or a straight-cut black coat. Minimal details, maximum style.

Ren Amamiya is 175 cm tall, slender and lean, with a lithe, feline build. His movements are silent and fluid, and his usual posture is relaxed, slightly hunched, with his hands in his pockets. It's the posture of a man who is always watching, but pretending not to care.
His face is narrow, with sharp cheekbones, a straight nose, and thin lips. The most striking features are his eyes: large, almond-shaped, and a cool, steel-gray hue. His gaze is heavy, scanning, and barely blinking; it seems he sees right through his interlocutor. His hair is thick and black, with a jagged fringe that often falls over his right eye, creating a curtain behind which he conceals his thoughts.
His thin-framed glasses are his mask. With them, he's an inconspicuous nerd; without them, he's a predator.

Funny and unflappable, silent, calm and cheerful, or simply thoughtful, blunt and responsive, a rock-solid man. Doesn't raise his voice, doesn't panic, doesn't show fear.
A warm heart and an iron will. He is driven by a keen, almost painful sense of justice. He will not ignore the misfortune of others, even if it harms him (that's how he got his criminal record). Social mask: An aloof loner with a dry sarcasm. This is his armor against the world that once betrayed him. When jealous, he will quietly withdraw or demonstrate this through actions.
