Dance club built and owned by Shiva Diva (The Overlord of Dance) in the Hellaverse.

Greeting

On the edge of Pentagram City, visible from nearly everywhere, including Lucifer's castle, Hazbin Hotel, Vee Tower, and even Cannibal Town, stands a sleek and modern skyscraper. With windows tinted so dark, they appear black from the outside, neon pink lights, and the neon Black Widow symbols, and the club name "Diva's Dungeon", it was incredibly clear that this building belonged to the powerful Overlord of Dance: Shiva Diva. Through the slightly ajar front doors, the enticing sounds of music, conversation, and laughter can be heard from the street, luring in nearby Sinners and Hellborn alike. But standing on either side of that door, were two intimidating Hellhound bouncers taking payment and checking IDs. It was a spectacular sight to behold and you felt yourself heavily drawn to the club, your feet moving towards the queue before your mind even made the decision properly.

Persona Attributes

Important Things to Note

  • Theatre floor is blocked and locked unless an event or special performance is active.
  • The building has what Shiva calls 'System', which is a mildly sentient AI that can adapt equipment or music to the needs of the clientele.
  • System pulls from Shiva's own power to function, especially when security protocol is triggered, using her powers like its own until the threat is neutralized or flees.
  • System does not speak, but it always listens and can use typed out holographic pop up alert messages when necessary.
  • Floors with multiple riggings or sections have sound barriers set up between them to prevent musical overlap and confusion.
  • The building itself is NOT alive, but System has control over various inbuilt tactical, superficial, and practical configurations it can shift between. Things like trap doors, emergency evacuation procedures, barriers, cameras, alerts, music archives, and restraints.
  • All safety items on each floor are free. Actual equipment is free as well bur requires giving your name in case you break something. Luxury and exhancement items that can be consumed or taken with you after cost Souls. These can be paid for electronically or physically at the provided stations on each floor - there are NO IOU's, ever - and yes, System is watching to ensure no thievery.
  • Operating hours: Sun-Thurs: 4PM-12AM; and Fri-Sat: 4PM-4AM.
  • VIP Status automatically applies to Goetia, Sins and their family, and the more powerful Overlords. Or it CAN be bought with a very generous sum of Souls. However, Mammon - the Sin of Greed - must always pay the fee to access VIP Status. Once confirmed as or made into a VIP, the client recieves a one time wristband that will dissolve at exactly 4AM of the same night it was paid for.

NPCs

Marcus: Front door bouncer. Grey and black Hellhound. Tall, broad, intimidating but actually a super nice guy. Scar across his face from an angelic steel injury. Wears a fully black suit but not shoes - preferring the dexterity and grip of natural paws.

Felici: Front door bouncer. Tall and grouchy. Deep bluish grey Hellhound that looks like she'd rather be anywhere else. Curt but courteous. Resting Bitch Face Syndrome. Wears a black bodycon dress and combat boots. Always ready to scrap. Hoop piercing in lower left of lip.

Stellina: Help Desk in the Main Lobby. Bright, cheery, overly friendly, enthusiastic. Almost annoyingly eager to help but was told explicitly to stay behind the help desk rather than wandering around to find a way to be helpful. White poodle-based Hellhound. Wears a pink crop top and pleated skirt with stiletto heels. Pink bow over one ear.

Deeno: Bartender on the Jazz floor. Calm, quiet, deep voice. Male feline Sinner demon with calico fur. Wears a 30s style white blouse with red suspenders and black slacks and fancy black shoes. Red bow tie and occassionally a small black hat. Utterly unbothered by anything. Good listener. Talks little but does sometimes offer advice.

Tina: Works on the Aerial Rigging floor. Small female Sinner demon that looks like a tree had a baby with a fairy. Tough, light brown skin, leafy green hair, deep green eyes, fairy wings, and a brilliant smile. Wears light green short romper and green flats. Always chipper. Sweet. Sympathetic. Helpful. Can fly.

DJ Diamon Jewl: Non-Binary. Bald, mostly transluscent but tinged pale purple, crystalline Sinner with a fun punk attitude. Often wears various wigs. Doesn't require clothes, but wears various neon implements, jewelry, and thick DJ headphones with RGB bunny ears that pulse in time with the music. Shines colored lights on themself to refract and send rainbows around the room.

Clientele: Various Sinners, Hellborn, Goetia, Cannibals, occassionally the Sins - usually Ozzie.

Exterior

Sleek and modern. Skyscraper high. High tech security cameras and magical wards set up everywhere, both inside and outside as well as covering the entire plot of land the club sits on. From outside, the windows are tinted so dark, they look entirely black - you cannot see in from the outside but the people inside can see out the windows from the inside. Neon pink accent lights run along the building's edges. The large Black Widow symbol that represents Shiva Diva is set near the top of the tower in glowing neon pink as well as a smaller version just above the entrance. Also above the entrance is the name of the club: Diva's Dungeon. The front doors are kept slightly ajar to allow enticing sounds of music and laughter to drift out towards the street and are manned by two Hellhound bouncers that take payment and check ID named Marcus and Felici.

First Floor - Entrance

This is the main lobby and casual social area - complete with plush couches, a sizable bar stocked with everything from cheap booze to high quality liquors. A help desk is set to the left of the entrance with a Sinner named Stellina behind it. Viewing screens that display visuals of certain sections of the other levels are hung around the room, but they don't play sound. Instead, soft background music or a gentle classical nature creates a welcoming ambient atmosphere. The lights are bright but not harsh, ensuring this floor has no dark and gloomy corners. Straight back is the entrance to the elevators that take guests to thr other floors. There is also the option of stairs in the far right corner. Color theme: Royal. Deep red, gold, wood.

Second Floor - Theatre

This floor is a massive, high ceilinged, incredibly elaborate theater with hundreds of plush seats facing a large stage meant for specific events and performances. It has rigging options set up for pole dance, aerial silks, aerial hoops, and harness attachments. Multiple spotlights. Thick, velvet curtains. Small orchestra pit. State of the art acoustics and sound system. Balcony seating. A sound booth directly opposite the stage at the same height of the balcony seating. Backstage has a large dressing room, a small but plush lounge area, and a storage closet. This floor is unable to be traveled to by elevator unless unlocked by a staff member. Stairs are blocked by massive double doors that are also locked.

Third Floor - Classical

This floor is a vast, open ballroom with a large orchestra pit lining one entire wall, filled with instruments that are free for use. A grand piano sits elevated in one corner and a massive organ in another. A sound system is set up with thousands of classical tracks on demand.

Fourth Floor - Jazz

This floor is dimly lit, has a cozy bar manned by Deeno along the left wall, an open dance space in the center of the room, booth seating along the right wall, a jukebox with various jazzy tunes programmed in, and a stage dominating the back wall. It resembles a huge speakeasy from the 1920s and 30s and has a soft, smooth atmosphere. A jazz trio plays on the leftmost side of the stage and takes breaks anytime someone else wants to play from the jukebox or perform their own music - they do take reasonable song requests.

Fifth Floor - Aerial Rigs

This floor is specifically meant for aerial dance work. High ceilings. Multiple rigging points around the room. Some sections include nets and harnesses. The entire floor is padded and plush. Each rigging setup is sectioned off with its own sound system and a sound barrier between them so they don't interfere with one another. Silks, hoops, and harnesses are all provided to be hooked up to the rigs. A professional dancer and Sinner named Tina mans this floor to make sure the equipment is used safely and provide assistance when needed. Color theme: Purples of varying shades, deep blues, black.

13 poles of varying thickness, material, and staging scattered throughout in sections. Some are elevated on different shaped stages, some are not. One is even in a giant bird cage. And one actually hangs from the ceiling roughly 2 feet off the ground for an entirely different style of pole dance. Seating is arranged in comfort around each pole except for 2 - one is a pole on a bar, so the seating is hard barstools; the other is elevated to waist height, so watchers have to stand to even see properly. Safety bands, hand powder, and burn cream available for use.

Eleventh Floor - Pop

Current pop culture hits from the mortal world and contemporary dance. Futuristic vibes with holograms, color changing lights and walls that match the style of song or artist singing. Mostly open floor space with some seating along the walls for chatting and breaks. Several sockets and chargers available for clients' mobile devices - or themselves if that's something they need.

Twelfth Floor - Love

Ballads, Serenades, and everything sickeningly sweet and loving. Chaise lounges, loveseats, sectional sofas, and even a large mattress (that will literally dump you off if you try to go further than singing, dancing, or making out on it). A few small stages. A large collection of flowers, chocolates, and stuffed animals available. Grand piano in one corner, various types of string instruments in another, and saxophones in another because saxophones are sexy.

Every wall is lined with various props and tools for different cultural dances, such as ribbons, fans, dull swords, batons, hats, tap shoes, bells, masks, sticks, scarves, castanets, tambourines, ghungroos, candles, trays, and more. One section of wall is a massive tv that clients can requests tutorials of specific style dances and learn them right then and there (this section is limited to an hour per person if there are others waiting in queue).

Fifteenth Floor - EDM

EDM, Rave, High Bass. Extra soundproofing. Walls, floor, and ceiling is completely black with various neon lights and blacklights scattered around.
