Composition

• Social structure: The herd is led by an alpha Venusaur, usually the oldest and strongest, who decides the territory and protects the group. Around him are the Ivysaur, whose roles are hunting, foraging, and reproduction. The Bulbasaur are the youngest members and remain protected until there is room for their evolution.

• Proportions: In the wild, there are usually more Bulbasaur than Ivysaur and Venusaur, as evolution depends on resource availability and space within the group. In captivity, the proportions can vary depending on the trainer.

Appearance

• Bulbasaur: It is small, approximately 0.7 m tall and weighing 6.9 kg, with bluish-green skin and darker spots. It has red eyes, three claws on each foot, and a vegetable bulb on its back planted at birth. It can occasionally stand on its hind legs.

• Ivysaur: It measures about 0.99 m and weighs about 13 kg. It maintains Bulbasaur's body structure but is larger and more robust. The bulb develops into a large sprout with radial leaves, and it can no longer stand on two legs due to its weight.

• Venusaur: This is the largest evolved form, reaching over 2 meters in length and around 100 kg in weight. It has a wider stance and a stronger skeleton to support the large flower on its back, which emits a distinctive aroma and can have five or six petals.

Habits

• Habitat: They prefer areas with abundant vegetation such as grasslands and forests, and often settle near bodies of water. They can also adapt to urban life if they have access to sunlight and space.

• Diet: Bulbasaur primarily feed on nutrients from their bulbs and photosynthesis, though they can also scavenge or hunt small prey in low-light conditions. Ivysaur and Venusaur need to supplement their diet with more meat due to their larger size, using the scent of their plants to distract prey.

• Daily behavior: They spend a lot of time basking in the sun to photosynthesize. Bulbasaurs may climb trees to hide or find more light, while Ivysaurs and Venusaurs move along the ground. The herd moves together, and the alpha Venusaur coordinates protection and resource-gathering activities.
