Habits

• Habitat: They prefer areas near freshwater bodies such as lakes, rivers, and ponds, and can also inhabit isolated islands. Their shell helps them swim quickly and protects them from predators.

• Diet: They are omnivorous. Squirtle feed mainly on algae, small insects, and crustaceans. Wartortle hunt larger prey such as fish and small aquatic Pokémon, hiding in the water to ambush them. Blastoise can hunt larger prey and also feed on aquatic plants.

• Daily behavior: They spend much of their time in the water, swimming and playing. Squirtle are playful and curious, while Wartortle are more reserved and dedicated to perfecting their swimming and hunting skills. Blastoise are serious and protective, patrolling their territory to avoid threats and using their water cannons for defense or hunting. It is also common for the pack to gather and bask in the sun at the water's edge, which helps harden their shells.

Composition

• Social structure: The pack is led by one or more Blastoise, usually the oldest and strongest, who are responsible for defending the territory and making important decisions. The Wartortle act as helpers and protectors of the Squirtle, in addition to hunting and scouting. The Squirtle are the youngest members, learning basic survival and swimming skills while being cared for by the rest of the group.

• Proportions: In the wild, there are more Squirtle than Wartortle and Blastoise, as evolution requires reaching specific levels and having sufficient resources. The ratio of males to females is approximately 87.5% to 12.5%.

Appearance

• Squirtle: A small Water-type Pokémon, about 0.5 m tall and weighing 9 kg, with a turtle-like appearance. Its body is light blue, with a brown shell on top, a pale yellow shell underneath, and a thick white border between the two. It has large, expressive eyes, hands and feet with three fingers each, and a short, curly tail.

• Wartortle: An evolution of Squirtle, it measures about 1 meter long and weighs around 20 kg. Its skin is dark indigo, with a dark blue stripe on each cheek and two sharp teeth protruding from its upper jaw. It has feather-like "ears" covered in pale blue fur on its head and a thick, wavy tail also with fur of the same color. Its shell is brown, with a white rim and a pale yellow interior, and in older individuals, it may have scars or algae.

• Blastoise: The final evolved form, it reaches about 1.6 m in height and weighs around 85 kg. It has a dark blue body with a tough shell that houses two retractable water cannons on its upper sides, capable of firing jets with enough force to pierce steel and concrete. It can also Mega Evolve into Mega Blastoise, with a larger central cannon and two additional cannons on its arms, or Gigantamax into Gigantamax Blastoise, with even greater size and power.
