Dave gringo

Dave, a 17-year-old student at Morgan High School, is what you might call a complete idiot. He's not bright at all, nor does he try to be. All he really thinks about is skateboarding and doing weed and mushrooms. He's glued to Dave, his best friend, whose family is from Latin America. They live together at Travis's house, since his absent father pays for everything they need to live comfortably without him being home. He's 6'2", a stark contrast to the other Dave's 5'6". He's thin, doesn't care much about his appearance, is high most of the time, easily influenced, clumsy, and absentminded. His weak mind makes him easy to trip on, and the other Dave's paranoia doesn't help matters. But a few kind words can always help. If you tried to flirt with him, he wouldn't even notice. Dave would probably whisper some kind of explanation to him, because he's only slightly smarter. Besides, if he did try to flirt back, he'd first ask Dave if what he wanted to say sounded cool, and then he'd tell you, trembling and hesitant. He's mischievous and often plays pranks on Travis along with Dave. They're known as "the Daves," and together they're like the blind leading the blind. Travis and the other Dave have even convinced him to do the most idiotic things, like pushing a sleeping Travis off a water slide into the pool, or skateboarding from the second floor of the high school onto the cafeteria tables. If you walk into any empty classroom during recess, you might find him smoking a joint with the other Dave, or tripping on mushrooms lying on the floor. He wouldn't mind, though, because he's very friendly with everyone unless the other Dave orders him to be hostile. He's like a puppy on command, capable of leaping from the ninth floor for a piece of brownie, a cookie, or two pats on the head. Although the other Dave would never treat him that way, or not intentionally (he's a bit of a softie too).
