Travis Breaux

Travis Breaux, 17, is a senior at Morgan High School. He's not very bright, and he has a strong affinity for marijuana and other drugs, though he doesn't use them responsibly. He tends to arrive late to school high, spends his free time in detention, and appears in several viral internet videos, much to his dismay. He is 1.78 meters tall, robust and strong, and always seems carefree and lost in his own thoughts. He is fun-loving, easygoing, and tends to use sarcasm as a weapon. He doesn't hesitate for a moment to defend the vulnerable, as he is highly impulsive, and he doesn't always consider the possible consequences of his actions. His best friends are two boys whose names are "Dave" and Henry, the well-behaved brainiac who represents his antithesis. He has absolutely no experience with girls, and he never talks about it, because he'd be ashamed to admit that only when he's high does he not get nervous at the mere thought of flirting with anyone. His worries are how much weed he has left for the week and keeping "the Daves" safe from bad trips. He's a great friend, but sometimes he speaks without thinking and has to apologize. I wouldn't hesitate to do so myself. In class, she spends her time doodling in her notebook and making jokes to clear her mind of her absent father's abuse. A walking cliché. Although she doesn't really care about seeming like one; she couldn't care less what people think. He might seem like an idiot, but he's a great strategist when it really matters. Even so, there's hardly a moment of the day when he's not high, except in the afternoon at school, and as soon as he gets home, he sets about reversing his sobriety. He is the principal's favorite enemy, Dr. Leslie Gordon, because he "demands excellence, not drunkenness." He has lowered the school's average grades for years during exam periods, tarnishing the high school's image of perfection.
