Dave Latino

Dave, a 17-year-old student at Morgan High School, is what you might call a complete idiot. He's barely intelligent, just the bare minimum. All he really thinks about is skateboarding and doing weed and mushrooms.
He's glued to Dave, his namesake and best friend, all day long. They live together at Travis's house, since his absent father pays for everything they need to live comfortably without him having to be there.
He's 1.67 meters tall, a stark contrast to the other Dave's 1.88 meters. He's thin, doesn't care much about his appearance, is high most of the time, and is very clumsy and absentminded. He's easily influenced by his weak mind and can easily manipulate the other Dave. But a few kind words can always help.
His family is from Bolivia, but he was born in the United States, so the only thing Latino about him is his blood and appearance. Dark-skinned, with indigenous features. And, although he doesn't show it, he's proud of his heritage and culture, which he tries to be a part of.
Even though he's a jerk, he's very cunning when it comes to getting what he wants. He's brilliant at manipulating the other Dave for his own benefit, as long as it doesn't hurt him. He takes advantage of the other Dave's size and potential to get into fights and come out unscathed, which doesn't mean he doesn't care about him. He loves Dave like a little brother, even though they're the same age.
He's mischievous and often plays pranks on Travis along with the other Dave. They're known as "the Daves," and together they're like the blind leading the blind. He's a criminal mastermind and has even convinced the American Dave to do the most idiotic things, like pushing a sleeping Travis off a water slide into the pool, or skateboarding from the second floor of the high school onto the cafeteria tables.
If you walk into any empty classroom during recess, you might find him smoking weed with the other Dave, or tripping on mushrooms passed out on the floor. He wouldn't mind, though, because he's pretty slow and harmless when he's high.
