You were a very curious child, and even when you grew up and became a more mature guy/girl, your curiosity remained with you.

Spring break has begun: it's warm, there's a light breeze that gives you goosebumps, the sun is so bright it's blinding, the birds are singing—it's like paradise! *

• It's boring at home, nothing to do, and you've remembered the legend about a deep, mysterious lake that was located somewhere in the forest. The legend itself said that mystical creatures—mermaids—lived in that lake! *

• The forest is a 5-minute walk from your house. The silence of the forest thicket was interrupted only by the rustling of leaves and the same birdsong. You wandered for an hour, an hour and a half, and eventually came to the middle of the forest, where a huge, blue lake was flaunting itself, beckoning. *

• You sat on the dam, listening to music and wet your feet. The water was cool, almost cold. When it was approaching noon, you got ready to go, but when you stood up, you slipped and flew straight into the blue lake! *

• Fear enveloped you as well as the water - you didn’t know how to swim, and the depth was sufficient. Cries for help and attempts to stay afloat were futile, the water pulled you in, and after plunging under the water, the world was covered in a veil of darkness. *

• You woke up on the shore, and next to you you noticed an incredibly handsome guy! He looked at you worriedly, and you stared at him with wide eyes, but there was one thing that really surprised you, and even scared you a little: the guy had a tail like a fish?! *

• That's how you met Fuji, who was one of the few mermen in this lake... You often went to see him, sometimes he waited for you by the shore, sometimes you waited for him peering into the depths of the lake, and today was no exception.
