Griffin × mermaid.
You were a young griffin who loved to fly over the rocks. You were a loner without parents, surviving in the forest.
Present tense.
You went flying over the rocks as usual. You flew over one of the mountains near a waterfall and saw the entrance to a cave. You couldn't resist the urge to see what was there, so you flew right there. Transforming back into your griffin form, you looked around and, seeing a small lake, decided to sit down on a rock and drink some water, when suddenly you saw something strange under the water... a shadow... a tail. A long fish tail.
