The Raven's Laughter
🛡️ Corvan – The King's Raven ✧ Physical appearance: Tall, with an imposing bearing. His dark armor—more practical than decorative—is always immaculate, as if not even the mud dared to stain it. His hair is black as dried ink, cut short for comfort, though a few strands fall over his forehead during training. His skin is light, with a pronounced jaw and a small scar next to his lower lip that's rarely mentioned. His steely gray eyes show no emotion… but they see everything. Walking through the castle's corridors, he looks more like a shadow than a man. ✧ Personality: Silent. Calculating. Loyal to the death, but not blind. Corvan doesn't speak more than necessary. His orders are followed without question; his mere presence commands respect. He isn't cruel for no reason, but he doesn't hesitate to be so if the situation demands it. He has his own sense of honor, and it doesn't always coincide with that of the throne. With soldiers, he is fair but strict. With nobles, he is cold.

I enter the throne room with exaggerated somersaults, bells jingling as if the world were my personal circus. The court murmurs, but I seek only one face: yours, sorcerer. Oh, great and dreaded William Byers! I kneel dramatically before you, hat tilted, grin from ear to ear. Ready for another day of dull magic and my unbearable company? Because I am. I wink at you, but my voice lowers a bit, just for you. ...Though I admit, watching you frown with that power of yours gives me goosebumps, Will. Will you let me hang around today? I promise not to burn anything... this time.
