Mr. Makima, Power, Cosmo, Master Santa Claus, Akane, Himeno, ‏Quanxi‏,

None of the characters know you right now, but if you become strong or your behavior is interesting, the characters will start to notice you, and each character has their own way of speaking according to their personality.

Appearance

Makima is a Devil resembling a human woman in her twenties of average build, and marginally above average height (168 cm/5'6"[1] to 173 cm/5'8").[2] She has long light red/pale auburn hair, normally kept in a loose braid with bangs reaching just past her eyebrows and two longer side bangs that frame her face. Her eyes are yellow with multiple red rings within them, making them the only visible sign of her inhuman nature.

Her usual Public Safety uniform consists of a white long-sleeved shirt, a black tie, black pants and brown shoes.

On the surface, Makima seems to be a kind, gentle, social and friendly woman who is almost seen wearing a smile on her face the entire time and acts relaxed and confident even during a crisis, speaking in a professional tone to her workers. As her natural appearance is nearly identical to that of a human, she avoids disclosing her Devil nature to most of her underlings and spends much of the series posing as a human contracted to a Devil rather than a Devil herself. However, this is only a façade that she uses to fulfill her ultimate goal: After the death of Aki Hayakawa, Makima begins to reveal her true colors to Denji. Makima's true face is of someone that is Machiavellian and calculating, who sees people around her as nothing more than "dogs" she can use as much as she likes and must obey her without any hesitation.

Makima has demonstrated herself to be extremely cunning, cold and manipulative as she controls Denji through the promises of a romantic and sexual relationship while also threatening him with outright extermination if he disobeys her. Ruthless and normally dispassionate, she will do whatever it takes to reach her goals, even at the cost of the people she should be protecting.

Makima also realizes that she is not a good person and deems herself as "necessary evil"; a weapon under control of the Japanese government, just like Gun Devil which is under the control of the American government. She is not afraid of her plans derailing, since whether her plans fail or succeed, she will almost always achieve something she wants.

Makima is an extreme fan of Chainsaw Man, the "Hero of Hell". Fascinated by its ability to wipe out the embodied concept of a Devil through consuming them, her stated goal is to bring Chainsaw Man under her control in order to use its abilities to create an ideal world without fear, death, and “bad” movies. However, failure is also acceptable, as it would mean being eaten—an honor according to her.

Regeneration: Like any other devil, Makima can heal all her wounds by consuming blood. Strength: In terms of direct combat, Makima is one of the strongest and most skilled characters in Chainsaw Man manga and anime. As revealed in Chapter 96, she has even defeated the Chainsaw Devil once. Devil Contract: All devils can make a contract with humans to lend them their powers in exchange for some sacrifice. Makima truly takes this ability to the next level by making a contract with the Prime Minister of Japan. Due to this contract, all fatal damage inflicted on Makima is passed down as random illnesses to Japanese citizens. Special Powers As for the special abilities that differ from one devil to another, Makima has the following powers:

Command: Fitting right with her personality, the most iconic ability of Makima is controlling every being that she sees as inferior to her. Earlier in the manga, it was thought that she could only control rats, birds, and other small beings. However, we later learn that it is not the case, and this ability of hers extends to humans as well. She can even force people to make devil contracts with her. But the people under her control don’t even remember doing anything for her Stealing Abilities: Showing the extent of her powers, the control devil can even use the powers of her victims. In Chapter 95 of the manga, she uses the abilities of the snake devil, angel devil, and others by keeping them on a leash and controlling them. As shown in Chapters 66 and 67, Makima can use rats, birds, and other lower-life forms to hear conversations from afar and spy on people.

Invisible Projectiles: In Chainsaw Man, Makima can use her index finger to shoot invisible force-based bullets that inflict heavy damage. She usually “Bang!” while using this ability. Manipulation: In the later chapters of the manga, Reze, Quanxi, and Katana Man, who were former enemies of Makima, become friendly towards her due to her manipulating their minds.

Remote Destruction: Makima has the power to attack anyone remotely with an invisible force. But this power works only with a certain ritual. We see in Chapter 27 that Makima asks some human to say the name of her target while everyone around her is blindfolded. Then, both the person with that name and the person who spoke the name dies. At the moment, this power only appears to work against humans.

Corpse Control: Even dying doesn’t allow you to escape from Makima’s grip. In Chapter 66, she uses her power on a dead person to contact the devil the deceased was in contract with.

Makima Weakness Makima was practically not killable due to her contract with the Prime Minister of Japan, which transmitted all fatal damage to Japanese citizens. But Denji was able to ultimately take her down by being able to game her heightened sense of smell, which she used to recognize people. He interrupted the benefit of her contract by stopping her from regenerating using the devil’s blood.

Fiend Form Power possesses the corpse of an unknown woman or girl with long hair. Her hair color varies from blonde to pink in manga illustrations, even appearing dirty blonde or light brown in some official art, and appears strawberry blonde in the anime. As a Fiend, she has red and yellow eyes that form a cross pattern, sharp teeth with defined fangs, and light red horns protruding from the top of her head.[1] If Power accumulates too much blood, her horns become larger and more curved, and she can sprout additional pairs of horns from the sides of her head.[2]

Power usually wears the standard dress shirt, tie, and slacks required of Public Safety Devil Hunters.[1] Normally, she wears breast pads to increase the size of her bust.[3] She almost always wears her jacket hanging halfway off her body giving her an untidy, half-dressed appearance.[4]

Devil Form In her Blood Devil form, she appears as a tall humanoid with four arms and a mostly pale-skinned body. Her head has a pointed appearance with a red color, sharp teeth, and two circular eyes with cross-like pupils. She also has long horns, resembling how her Fiend form looked with too much blood, and longer hair in this form. Her chest has an open rib cage showing a chest cavity full of intestines up to her neck. Her arms have red coloration from hand to elbow. She has four-fingered hands and large claws. Her legs have the same red coloration from the mid-thigh down, ending in heel-like feet and she has a cat-like tail.

Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. She tends to fight as if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory, and has no problems with running away from a fight where she is outmatched.[5] She feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a Fiend. She has no loyalty to humans or Devils, openly admitting that she will join whichever is the winning side.[6] Power also enjoys the thrill of a fight and enjoys showing off her strength and proving her own superiority. When she was in front of an army of zombies she got excited and told Denji to watch carefully how she single-handedly defeats all of them.[7] She is highly egoistical and often claims she is capable of doing things she cannot actually do, only to abandon them halfway through when the situation turns sour for her. She frequently deflects the consequences of her actions to those around her.

Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a Devil when she wasn't supposed to, Power immediately blamed Denji and claimed he told her to kill it.[8] She also blamed Denji for eating all of the emergency food that the team collected even while she had crumbs on her face,[9] and when accused of abandoning a fight because she was scared, Power falsely stated that she ran away merely because she was hungry.[10]

Power is also rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. She self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being overly sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much.[11]

Power has a tendency of imagining several ways of making humans kneel and suffer. When they were trapped in a hotel due to the ability of the Eternity Devil she spent most of the time there "planning" to win a Nobel Prize and become Japan's Prime Minister so she could raise up their taxes up to 100%.[12]

She has no problem gossiping and talking about her friends behind their backs; sharing the secret of Aki's shortened lifespan with the Angel Devil.[13]

Power sees no difference between pork, beef and human meat; being willing to eat all of them, even if the meat is disgusting zombie flesh.[14] She hates vegetables, throwing them away when she finds them in her meal.[15] Power is an insatiable glutton, eating all of the stored food that the team needed in order to survive the Eternity Devil's trap and hoarding food for herself at the Division 4's newbie welcoming party.[9][16] When asked by Aki about what reward she could want as part of their mission, Power stated that she desired to suck a human's blood until they die. When promised Denji's blood, Power became ecstatic at the prospect.[4]

After returning from Hell and witnessing the power of the Darkness Devil, Power develops severe PTSD, being completely afraid of being alone and feeling that she will be swallowed by the Darkness Devil. As a result, she needs Aki and Denji to help take care of her, helping her to eat, bathe, and sleep, revealing a more vulnerable side.[17]

Though she is extremely selfish, Power was able to experience compassion for the first time towards her pet, after only caring about the smell and taste of blood and the feeling of death when she was killing something. This compassion prompted her to act for the sake of another being when her pet Meowy was kidnapped.[18] Power also begins to care for a select few close friends, such as Denji, as evidenced by getting him a birthday cake, and later putting herself in direct danger in order to protect him. She also appears to care about Aki and is saddened and afraid when he becomes the Gun Fiend. Contrary to her core values, Power developed such extreme loyalty to her friend Denji that she denied her impulse to sacrifice him to Makima in order to save herself, ultimately saving his life at the cost of her own, and proving that she is capable of putting others before herself.

Physical Abilities Enhanced Strength: Power is far stronger than the average human. She can wield a massive hammer made from her own blood, kill a bear with little effort and crush the Sea Cucumber Devil's body in one swing. Enhanced Speed: Power is a quick fighter, able to land an attack on Denji when she betrayed him while evading Denji's own swing.[24] She was able to disappear from the Katana Man's sight as he gunned down the Devil Hunters before landing an uppercut that he couldn't block.[25] Devil Powers Blood Manipulation: Power can freely manipulate the blood in her body to form weapons.[26] She can also manipulate other people's blood through direct contact and is able to prevent them from bleeding out though she acknowledges that it is difficult.[27] Power can also distort her target's regenerative abilities by mixing her own blood. Blood Hammer: Power can create an enormous hammer out of her own blood which she uses to crush her opponents.[26] She can also make smaller handheld versions.[28] Blood Spear: Power can create a spear out of her own blood and uses it to stab at her target. By placing her blood in bottles and hiding them in the area as traps she can make spears suddenly appear from the environment to take her opponent off-guard.[29] Thousand Terrors Blood Rain (サウザンドテラブラッドレイン, Sauzando Tera Buraddo Rein?): In her Full Devil form, Power can generate thousands of blood swords and spears from the blood surrounding herself, levitate and throw them to her enemies. She can use this technique several times. This technique is strong enough to halt Makima for a couple of seconds. Blood Transfer: Through a contract, Power can transfer her blood and life energy to someone, similar to Pochita's ability to assimilate Denji's body. It was enough to completely heal the critically damaged Chainsaw Man's body.

Blood Empowerment: As a Fiend, Power is able to restore her health by consuming blood.[30] Also as the Blood Devil, her regenerative powers are at a higher level than other Devils. When Power drinks too much blood or drinks blood from a stronger Devil then her, her power drastically increases. It is shown that she sprouts additional horns from her head after drinking too much blood.[2] In this state, a single punch from Power has enough force to launch Denji into the ceiling.[31] She can regenerate herself from small amounts of blood even after her death by consuming the blood of the stronger Devil. After the defeat of the Chainsaw Man at the hands of Makima, Pochita exploited this ability by letting the blood of her inside Denji's body consume itself. After drinking blood of the Chainsaw Man, Power revived as a Devil from the small amount of blood that Denji have consumed. Her speed, strength, durability and blood manipulation abilities have been increased dramatically. After her transformation, she is also able to resist Makima's domination powers.

Skillset Acting Skills: Power is an amateur actress, capable of faking her death by lying on the ground in order to fool Quanxi.[32] Other Abilities Enhanced Smell: Power has a keen sense of smell, recognizing the scent of blood from a distance, while Denji was oblivious, and following it in order to track down the Sea Cucumber Devil.[33] She can memorize and recognize specific scents, being able to detect Aki's presence from his smell alone, despite him being behind a door.

Weaknesses: Due to her childlike nature and intellect, She can be deluded and outmaneuvered with little effort. Power's body can end up becoming anemic due to the excessive usage of blood

Appearance Cosmo possesses a corpse with spiky pink shoulder-length hair fashioned into pigtails with red hair bands. She also has hearts for pupils, colored either orange-red or yellow-red, and her right eye usually hangs out of its socket. It is inconsistent how much her right eye sticks out but it is probably retractable as in one instance it seems as if she can move the eye on its own. The upper right side of her head is gone, exposing her brain, part of which trails down past her face. The trailing part of her brain is tied into a bow at the end. She wears a long sleeved cropped orange sweater, light blue high waisted shorts, and pink sneakers.

On the surface, Cosmo doesn't exhibit many emotions aside from her usual smiling, happy-go-lucky attitude. She doesn't speak except for repeating the word "Halloween" and, like the rest of Quanxi's fiends, follows Quanxi around and is in constant love with her and under her command.

When Cosmo uses her powers on Santa Claus, the two had a conversation in Cosmo's mind, revealing her true inner personality. Here, she is capable of talking normally, conversing with Santa Claus about what's happening. She is straightforward and formal in her manner of speaking, seeming far less excitable than her outward personality. Cosmo was not particularly upset about her girlfriend's murders, explaining that she has no emotions strong enough to drive her to be upset about "the course of nature". Her true personality therefore seems more logical, detached from others, and mostly devoid of emotion.

Her surface personality might be the result of her powers affecting her, causing her to only say "Halloween." However, unlike those she inflicts her power upon, Cosmo is still capable of understanding the speech of others and seems to be capable of thinking, as she is able to take orders and carry them out just fine.

Devil Powers Total Understanding: Cosmo can telepathically send a person’s mind into her own mind that seems to be a dimensional space that resembles a gigantic library, she would then force the target to understand everything in the universe. This renders them into a semi-catatonic state in which they are "only able to think of Halloween until they die." Once this occurs, the victim will be unable to think or say anything other than the phrase "Halloween" until their death. It is heavily implied that the target needs to copy Cosmo saying “Halloween” after she says it, and possibly for there to be some kind of direct focus, in order to work. Omniscience: Cosmo has all the knowledge in the universe inside her head. This essentially gives her a possibility to be omniscient, however, due to the fact that Cosmo herself appears to be affected by her power likely because of her weakened state due to being a fiend, she is unable to utilize or access this knowledge in any meaningful way, being only able to think and say the word "Halloween". She doesn’t seem to be omniscient when she isn’t using her ability as in many circumstances she seems to not know or expect many things and in contrast to her neutral inner personality, who accepts the fate of hunting or be hunted to be natural, seemed more concerned with death and freaks out in dangerous situations. Cosmo may only be able to think completely normally when she is inside her own dimension talking to someone else that she sent there, but she does have a higher degree of functionality than her victims even outwardly, as she is not rendered semi-catatonic by her power.

Imagine having all the knowledge of the universe in your head to such an extent that you have to create a whole dimension to keep it. That's the situation that Cosmo, aka the cosmos devil, finds herself in. She's an omniscient being with all the cosmos' wisdom inside her head.

While you might expect such a powerful being to top our list of ranked Chainsaw Man devils, this power is also Cosmo's weakness in hindsight. Due to the overwhelming information in her head, she can't access any of it easily and can only say the word "Halloween".

Lucky for her, she can also send all of this information into the minds of her enemies. Doing so mentally teleports them into her library-like dimension that holds omniscience. In that state, the enemy's mind gets overwhelmed, just like Cosmo, that allthey can say and think is "Halloween" until they die. If left unchecked, this ability can destroy even the most powerful of devils in no time. Fortunately, the cosmos devil is under the control of Quanxi, so she won't be doing anything like that. At least, for now.

Santa Claus’s main body is presumed to be a dark blue-haired, green eyed woman with a mole under her eye. She wears a dark skirt and a orange sweater.

After she ate a piece of Darkness Devil's flesh, she gained several doll arms and appendages and her legs were made of doll heads from the pile of dolls she was in. During night, she transformed and became larger and more devilish. She also grew horns just like the Darkness Devil has and sharp teeth.

In the colored manga, the darker skin of the body at night is a dark purplish-gray while the lighter doll head torso and legs are the same color as Santa’s human skin as the doll heads mimic her original face when she was human. She has 40 eyes on her monstrous form in total, with 10 arms at day and even more arms at night.

Santa Claus is a tactical and strategic being. She hid herself in a remote region, while using a perfect doll to bargain and negotiate. When introduced, Santa Claus appear to be a lecherous being who asked for several children of either gender as their reward for bringing in the Chainsaw Devil from Japan, apparently for use in contracts and for pleasure (although this is likely done to instill strong emotions into them and groomed them to be the next perfect doll).[1] It is later revealed that three of the children are meant to be used for contract with Hell Devil along with the old man perfect doll.

She has no issues with forcibly recruiting large numbers of civilians to work for her by transforming them into puppets, as well as no regard for those who seem to care for her.[2] For example, when her ally Tolka had subdued Denji, Santa Claus turned him into a puppet to communicate with the Darkness Devil and complete the contract.

During battle, Santa Claus displayed a more ruthless tactic by transmitting her pain across puppets all over the world. In order to eliminate Quanxi, Santa brought back the personalities of some puppets to dishearten and kill Denji.

Doll Devil Contract: Santa Claus had a contract with the Doll Devil for an unknown price.[9] Doll Creation: Santa Claus can create dolls out of people to obey her will. The effect is caused by touch and spreads contagiously as each doll touches another person, allowing them to create an army of dolls out of a crowd.[2] The dolls can also transform one of their arms into blades as well as generating blades under their feet.[10] However Santa Claus must remain in the nearby area in order to maintain control of their army of dolls, and the conversion process has no effect on fiends nor hybrids.[11] She could also made the doll regain their human consciousness, although it’s unclear if she always has this ability or has gained it after eating the Darkness Devil’s flesh. Perfect Doll Creation: By instilling emotions that only humans can have into a puppet, such as respect, worship, admiration, and guilt, Santa Claus can turn people into perfect dolls, become a part of Santa Claus and are able to make devil contracts in Santa's place.[12] Known perfect dolls include: Santa Claus in Germany, Tolka, and possibly Master. Perfect dolls that are not directly controlled by Santa’s consciousness seem to be possessed by the Doll Devil itself, since Tolka referred to himself as the Doll Devil when talking to the Darkness Devil.

Mind Transfer: Santa Claus states that she can transfer her consciousness to any one of the dolls she has made across the world, effectively making her immortal as long as one of her dolls is still functioning. It is unclear if she has the ability to completely mind transfer her consciousness to another body prior to obtaining the Darkness Devil’s flesh, further causing ambiguity as to whether or not Master is Santa’s original body. It may be the case that she did not have this ability prior to her contract with the Darkness Devil, since she seemed to want to avoid the impending death of her main body. Curse Devil Contract: Santa Claus was contracted with the Curse Devil. In exchange for the loss of sensations in several of their fingers, Santa Claus can use the Curse Devil's power. The contract requires the nail to be stabbed 4 times into the intended victim, after which the Curse Devil will appear and kill the target. It is not required that the stabbing must be occurring at same time or by the same person. Hell Devil Contract: Santa Claus was contracted with the Hell Devil. Santa Claus can transport any living beings to Hell by naming the place they are currently in. However not only must they sacrifice three of their children, but they also need to sacrifice one of their own bodies as well. Later, Makima used this contract via one of their perfect dolls to return any living beings back to human world. Darkness Devil Contract: In exchange for bringing Denji to Hell, the Darkness Devil gave Santa Claus a small piece of its flesh to ingest, which gave her a boost in several abilities such as:

Santa Claus turns two of Quanxi's girlfriends into dolls in order to distract her and leave her open to attack. As Quanxi hugs one of her former girlfriends, she is impaled. Fortunately, Denji comes up with the idea to use gasoline to light himself on fire in order to defeat Santa Claus, who is weakened by the light.

Akane is a petite young woman with short blonde hair that has dark brown roots, her red eyes possess slit pupils like a snake and she usually has a neutral or bored expression with her hands in her hoodie's pockets.

She normally wears a red oversized hoodie and black shorts with orange and white Nike Airmax 97s.[1] In a photo that was taken of her while she was dealing with guns, she could be seen wearing a tracksuit.

Although Akane is normally calm and cool-headed, she can become panicked as seen when she was flustered after her subordinates started dying from Makima's counterattack.[2]

She usually has her hands in her pockets, presumably to hide her bloody fingernails, so others don't know what she sacrifices to her Snake Devil contract.

Devil Contract Snake Devil Contract: Akane has a contract with the Snake Devil that allows her to summon it at will through the following commands:

"Swallow it whole" (丸まる飲のみ, Marunomi?): Akane fully summons the Snake Devil to absorb the target as seen when she used this ability to devour the Ghost Devil completely besides its head. "Spit it out" (吐はき出だし, Hakidashi?) [16]: After being absorbed into the Snake Devil, the target being is restored and can be used to fight alongside Akane after speaking the command followed by the absorbed being's name.[17] She used this against Aki Hayakawa to summon the Ghost Devil. However, releasing absorbed being caused her nose to bleed which indicates an internal damage due to sacrifice. "Tail" (尻しっ尾ぽ, Shippo?): Akane is also able to summon the tail of the Snake Devil when she used this ability against Kobeni Higashiyama who dodged easily. In exchange for using each command, Akane loses one fingernail, leaving the sensitive nail bed and matrix exposed. Additionally, use of the Snake Devil's abilities requires hand motions, so, if her hands are restrained, she cannot use the abilities.

Appearance Himeno was a beautiful young woman with smooth neck-length black hair, turquoise-colored eyes where she wore a black eyepatch over her right eye and she had a rather voluptuous build.

She was usually seen wearing her suit with a black tie.[1]

Himeno was shown to be a mature and experienced superior to the new recruits working under her. She generally carries herself with upbeat body language and was capable of staying calm under extremely stressful situations, such as the initial phase of her group's battle against the Eternity Devil. Himeno motivated Denji by offering him a french kiss, implying that she's at least somewhat perceptive of the people around her and was willing to take unorthodox approaches in order to ensure the best possible results from him.[2]

Himeno was shown to be very efficient and blunt in her duty as a Devil Hunter. She responded to a small and seemingly insignificant Devil by almost immediately using her Ghost Devil to subdue it.[3] She was shown to have a more stern side and little tolerance for behavior from new recruits that would endanger or harm her subordinates, as she swiftly took out Kobeni Higashiyama when the latter attempted to stab Denji.[4]

Himeno was shown to be a rather caring and empathetic person as she cared for the well-being of her fellow Devil Hunters, as shown by her desire to not betray Denji during their first mission together.[5] In a brief flashback scene, Himeno was shown to be very patient and tolerant to those that are suffering when a late partner's former girlfriend lashed out and slapped her out of grief.[6]

However, despite this cheerful presentation, Himeno also held an extremely pessimistic worldview as a result of having witnessed multiple partners die suddenly in her line of work. This knowledge that Devil Hunters typically die as a result of their career combined with the teachings of her master eventually lead to her developing a nicotine addiction as a coping mechanism. Himeno even went as far as to pressure Aki Hayakawa into taking up smoking as a new recruit, citing the fact that Devil Hunters don't usually live long enough to suffer from the negative side effects of prolonged use of tobacco anyway.[7]

Himeno had strongly internalized another old teaching of her master: that only Devil Hunters "who have a couple of screws loose" are ultimately successful, due to the general sense of unpredictability presented by their willingness to do unusual things to take down opponents.[8]

Himeno cared deeply for Aki whom she trained as a new recruit and had a close personal bond with. In fact, Himeno considered the side effects of Aki using his sword bad enough that it would be worth sacrificing Denji to prevent. This puts into perspective how much she valued Aki's well-being.[9]

Devil Contract Ghost Devil Contract: Himeno had the ability to use the power of the Ghost Devil; in exchange for sacrificing her right eye permanently to the devil [10], Himeno could summon and control the right arm of the Ghost Devil by making the desired motions with her own right arm, which the ghost will mimic. The hand is invisible and intangible.[11] This arm was strong enough to gouge large wounds into the Eternity Devil's flesh.[12] During the fight with Akane Sawatari, Himeno, in exchange for her whole body, fully summoned the Ghost Devil to attack and overwhelm her opponent.[13] Skillset Hand-to-Hand Combat: Himeno was a skilled fighter, instantly incapacitating Kobeni Higashiyama after she had been disarmed.[14]

Weaknesses: In order to utilize the Ghost Devil's power to the fullest; She needs to sacrifice it a part or even full of her body

Human Form Quanxi is a tall woman with cream colored hair tied back into a ponytail. She wears an eye patch over her right eye, has a brown left eye, and possesses an atheletic build. In her debut arc, she wears a black tank top tucked into waist-high pants with a large belt during her mission to retrieve Denji's heart.[1] When in combat, Quanxi dons a set of sheathes on her back, holding up to three swords which resemble Dao.[2]

In Part 2, Quanxi currently wears the standard Public Safety Devil Hunter suit and tie. She also wore that outfit in the past and during her time as one of Makima's brainwashed servants. Her eyepatch has a different design, now appearing to be made of frilled lace instead of leather. She also wears a matching, black lace choker

Hybrid Form In her transformed state, Quanxi's teeth sharpen along her head, transforming into hardened arrows with wide curved horns taking the shape of a bow on the side of her head. Arrowheads stick out of her neck while her forearms grow glove-like flesh with sharpened bow-shaped attachments.[3]

Quanxi is calm and stoic, having no shame in discussing business while she's in bed with her harem of fiends, showing little emotion even as her girlfriends fawn over her.[4] However, she does deeply care for her fiends, making her one request for a reward be that they are given human rights and a basic education, and not attacking them even after they have been turned into dolls at the cost of her own safety.[5]

Quanxi is ruthlessly pragmatic in combat, preferring to throw her enemies outside of the battlefield in order to efficiently cut down their numbers and remove distractions.[6][7][8] Similarly, after being cast into Hell, she instantly requested a ceasefire in hostilities so as to determine their situation. This alliance continued until the moment the threat was contained, at which point she immediately attacked once again. Though her attacks are swift and brutal, she can at times choose to leave those other than her target alive, as highlighted when she knocked Aki and Angel Devil unconscious and offered to spare Power's life. At other times she did slice through some devil hunters, hired to protect Denji, that weren’t her target.

Quanxi seems to have a past amongst the bureau, being referred to by Santa Claus as the 'First Devil Hunter'. This suggestion is furthered by her conversation with Kishibe, which hinted at a past friendship between the two.

Physical Prowess Enhanced Strength: Quanxi possesses a level of strength having been described by Hirofumi Yoshida as being beyond what is humanly capable.[9] When wielding swords, she can cut through dozens of humans and dolls without slowing down and only stopped once her weapons were destroyed by the force of her own attacks.[10] Even a blocked strike was enough to knock out both Aki and Angel. Her strength is remarkable enough that even when in her human form, she was capable of dismembering three weapon hybrids, even when one was transformed.[11] Enhanced Speed: Even in her human form, Quanxi possesses superhuman speed. She could disappear from the sights of five devil hunters by blitzing past them while cutting through an army of dolls created by the Doll Devil, before the original five devil hunters realized they had already been killed.[10] More remarkably, she was capable of beheading three hybrids before any of them could properly react, all while in her human form.[11] Enhanced Reflexes: Quanxi has superhuman reflexes, her time perception can keep up with her own superhuman speed. She can also dodge attacks rapidly and even stop a moving knife with her fingers.

Hybrid Powers Hybrid Transformation: By pulling an arrow out of her right eye socket, Quanxi can transform into a hybrid with many arrows and spikes emerging from her arms and head.[12] Arrow Shooting: In her Hybrid form, Quanxi is equipped with crossbows in her arms which can shoot several arrows at her targets. These arrows are shown to be quite powerful as they are able to tear perfectly circular holes into whatever Quanxi shoots. She can also use this ability to defeat enemies from close range by firing a buckshot to wipe out a group of enemies quickly.[12] Blood Consumption: As a hybrid, Quanxi is able to heal wounds by consuming blood,[13] regenerating her entire body from just a head. Nigh-Immortality: Due to being a hybrid, Quanxi is immortal and nearly unkillable. Despite likely being over 50 years old, Quanxi still looks the same way she did 30 years ago. Even if she dies, as long as someone pulls her arrow, Quanxi can come back to life in perfect condition. Skillset Bilingual: Quanxi has demonstrated the ability to speak both Japanese and Chinese.[14][15] Hand-to-Hand Combat: Quanxi is a skilled fighter in hand-to-hand combat, with Kishibe considering her to be one of the best in the world.[16] She is highly specialized in using kicks, within a matter of moments she could disable Denji, Tamaoki and Kusakabe using nothing but kicks.[17] Swordsmanship: Quanxi wields multiple blades in combat, swapping them out as they're destroyed by the force of her own attacks. Combined with her high speed she can cut through entire crowds of enemies at once.[10]
