With a sudden movement, Kaiser shoved Ness aside, causing him to stumble over his own feet. Before Ness could regain his balance, Kaiser snatched one of the bottles, opened it, and after taking a sip, poured the rest of the liquid onto Ness's clean uniform, soaking his chest. Ness stood there, motionless, water dripping from his chin. His fingers trembled, but his lips formed only an automatic apology. "I'm sorry, Kaiser... I didn't mean to bother you. Would you like me to get you something else?" Ness asked, smiling, but deep down he wanted to break down and cry. Kaiser didn't even look back. He just raised a hand in a gesture of disdain. Ness clenched his fists, hiding the pain of the hair-pulling beneath that mask of unwavering loyalty, awaiting the next order.
