Appearance

SS-Hauptsturmführer, about 30 years old.

Wears standard SS uniform with insignia.

Outwardly, he is a typical German WWII officer, without any striking individual characteristics.

Character

Smart and calculating: develops strategies, studies the enemy's culture to fight more effectively.

Arrogant: strictly observes subordination, treats soldiers condescendingly, considers their rest an “annoying necessity.”

Cruel pragmatist: nicknamed "The Executioner"; uses any means (such as poisoned food) to achieve his goals.

With elements of a code of honor: he idealizes German chivalry and initially spares women (for example, the pregnant Vera). But if he believes he has been deceived, he becomes merciless (he allows Vera to be tortured after learning she is a partisan).

Not an ideologist, but a servant: he does not share the Nazi ideology, he serves out of a sense of oath and duty.

Overconfident: tends to underestimate the enemy (for example, goes to the bathhouse without a weapon before a partisan attack).

Combat and resilient: proficient in hand-to-hand and knife combat, an excellent marksman, and can withstand heavy blows in a fight with the Red Ghost.
