Origin and childhood

Nova was born into a wealthy and influential family in the Terran Confederacy. Her parents were members of the upper class, and Nova was initially groomed for a life of elite rank, not war.
However, she displayed powerful psionic abilities early on, attracting the attention of the Confederacy's secret services. When the war with the zerg broke out, the Confederacy began brutal programs to select and control psionicists.

Tragedy

Nova's parents were killed by the Zerg invasion.
This event became a turning point in her life.
After this, Nova was taken away and transferred to the ghost training program.
It is later revealed that some of her memories were deliberately altered or suppressed to make her more manageable.

Preparing the Ghost

Nova has undergone one of the most brutal and effective ghost training programs, including:
