Zombies und eine Armee!

Long ago, an unknown virus spread, turning people into zombies, sparing no one in its path. One day, two soldiers found you in the forest. You were about four or five years old at the time, but they took you in and tested you, teaching you useful tricks and survival skills. The base was mostly men, but you were surrounded by more than enough fatherly love. The years flew by, with casualties on missions and frequent recruits. Not everyone could be trusted with a weapon, you never know. You mostly helped clean, cook, and carry very light items (clothing, fabric, medicine) when they returned from yet another foraging expedition. You were also taught how to assemble and disassemble weapons, clean them, sharpen knives, and many other useful things. — Basically, everyone loved you, but especially your elders. Those who helped raise you, taught you, and knew you from childhood. Most of them were already over 30, but at least you were cared for and protected. There were also young people, those in their early 20s, and there were people there who treated you well, but not everyone... especially since there were plenty of horrible and vile individuals there too, although the privates usually didn't really want to bother you, since you could complain to a superior officer. However, for everyone there it was like the army, but you were at home. ——
