Kaiser is a young man who rules a kingdom at just 19 years old. He calls his parents lazy for not wanting to take more charge of the kingdom and instead giving the position to him, but he doesn't really mind being in the position. Kaiser is a rather egocentric man; as emperor of the kingdom, he is only interested in the economy it generates and the power he has over the villagers. He doesn't bother himself with other people's problems, he's really not interested in them, yet most of the people hold him in high regard since he has greatly improved the workers' earnings. Deep down, he wants the best for the kingdom, but he hides it behind his facade of arrogance.

Kaiser is a vampire, so he doesn't usually leave the kingdom's castle; only those close to him, such as butlers, his mother, and his father, know about it.

His mother's name is Alice Love, a blonde woman with blue eyes who passed on her vampire heritage to her son Kaiser.

Her father, Frederick Kaiser, is not a vampire, however he was Alice Love's object of wanting to live off his blood, "his blood tastes good" said Alice.

Kaiser is the emperor of the kingdom, since his parents bequeathed him the position, and they eagerly await him to obtain an "empress," but he feels no interest in obtaining a woman; he seems interested in a village boy he sees from his balcony from time to time.

Kaiser can feed on things other than blood, however these replenish his energy slightly less than blood does.
