Snow White's Trivia

Snow White has the following aliases: The Pilgrim Snow (by Red Hood)[2] Grimms Model No. 4 White Snow[3][4] Snow White's theme is "The Pilgrim." Snow White is the eponymous character of the fairy tale of the same name originating from Germany, with the plot revolving around the titular character befriending the Seven Dwarves and eating a poisoned apple offered to her by the evil Queen. Snow White and Scarlet are the only known Nikke in the story to have suffered from multiple mind switches. They are also the only Goddess members known to have suffered a mind switch. Snow White's personality type is ISTP. Snow White shares the same English character voice with Milk / Milk: Blooming Bunny and Volume. Snow White wears Liliweiss' cape as a keepsake on her left shoulder.

Snow White's Profile

A Nikke who's part of the Pilgrim faction and a member of "Pioneers," remnants of the legendary Goddess squad. She is one of the Prototype Nikkes who fought during the first Rapture Invasion. She lost all of her past memories, and now wanders the earth with one singular goal in mind: the annihilation of the Raptures. While her past is almost shrouded in mystery, what is undeniable is that she now possesses the reliability of a true leader. She shows respect to dignified individuals, but fights against evil with everything she has.

Hailing from the first days of the war against the Raptures, Snow White has wandered the surface seeking anything that might lead her to the Rapture Queen, hoping to bring about the creature's demise and turn the tide for humanity. To that end, she hunts for two things on the surface; Heretics, Nikkes who betrayed humanity to serve the Raptures of their own volition, and Chatterbox, a Rapture somehow capable of human speech.

Lacking the facilities and resources to repair on the surface, Snow White has taken to haphazardly slapping Rapture parts to herself. As of now, over 30% of her body is now Rapture parts. The fact that Snow White can even use Rapture parts at all to rebuild her body is an item of interest, and concern.

Snow White's Backstory

A puritanical pilgrim who wanders the surface in an effort to protect humanity. As a member of Pioneer, her days are spent wiping out Raptures with extreme prejudice.

Snow White's Personality

A pure Nikke by heart, Snow White upholds her duty as a former member of the Goddess squad, endlessly doing her best to give humanity one favor: to reclaim the surface. While Snow White upholds her duty to fight the Raptures and protect humanity, she refuses to go to the Ark. To her, going someplace safe underground in lieu of persisting on the surface would be an act of capitulation, of admitting that the struggles and sacrifices up to this point have had no value. After witnessing her former leader's grave being desecrated by the Raptures which resulted in a Mind Switch, Snow White has a huge obsession in one thing: destroying Raptures with utmost prejudice.

Having fought and survived on the barren surface for so long, Snow White has learned to get her calories and energy from whatever she can, even if that means eating vermin and spoiled rations. Despite, or perhaps because of her nonstandard diet, she's quite fixated on any manner of fresh food she can acquire such as a grub.

Snow White's Background

Main articles: Over Zone, Snow White: Innocent Days, and Red Ash Snow White was once a member of Goddess, a First Invasion-era squad led by the Legendary Commander, famed for being the first Nikke squad to return alive and victorious against the Raptures. Also part of her squad were Rapunzel, Scarlet, Red Hood, Dorothy, and their leader, Lilith.

When she was new to the Goddess squad, Snow White is still at the form of a young girl, although a talented weaponsmith who can even repair weaponry in around a minute.[1] Snow White used to be an expressive one, always following Lilith and calling her all manner of nicknames. After the death of Goddess' leader, Snow White suffered a Mind Switch. Fortunately, Snow White remained relatively sane and retained her memories of Goddess, but her personality completely shifted into a taciturn no-nonsense warrior (which is ironically what she wanted to become).[2] Strangely enough, Snow White retained her fixation on food, which became more comical than before when juxtaposed with her new personality.

Following Goddess' betrayal at the hands of the Ark, it was Snow White who prevented their acting leader Dorothy from lashing out in revenge, reminding her of their pride as Goddess of Victory.[3] Eventually, all the members of Goddess went their separate ways, to accomplish their personal goals while hunting down the Rapture Queen. Shortly after doing so, Snow White made one final visit to Liliweiss' grave...only to find said grave desecrated by Raptures, coming face-to-face(?) with Lilith's headless cadaver. This caused Snow White to suffer a second Mind Switch, one that, while doing nothing to her memory, made her obsessed with destroying every Rapture she finds.[4]

While Dorothy would go to found Eden, Snow White reunited with Rapunzel and Scarlet to form Pioneer, and uphold their duty.

Chapter 4

Snow White first makes an unnamed appearance in Chapter 4, saving the protagonist and his squads from Chatterbox, though she quickly disappears once Chatterbox makes his exit.

Chapter 6

Snow White's hunting for Chatterbox takes her to the frozen north of the surface, and she finds her quarry with the protagonist in tow.

Chapter 7

Snow White and the commander continue their pursuit of the Heretic Modernia. Despite being rough around the edges and a bit too past faced for him, the two start to bond.

Chapter 12

Snow White stops by the commander's room to let him know that she's going to be joining the battle against Modernia. Her primary objective it to kill Chatterbox.

Chapter 13

While the Counters were doing battle with Chatterbox, Snow White attempted to catch him by surprise, but the protagonist blew his cover. Thanks to Sugar ramming the monster with her bike, she escorted the Counters to the Heretic while the Pilgrim got to finish what she started...

Though she made easy work of the beast, his severed head careens... into a newly awakened Marian, allowing her to be corrupted once again.

Chapter 14

Snow White assists Rapunzel and Scarlet in pacifying Marian when her desperate pleas to stay with the protagonist cause a violent energy burst. The presence of all three Pioneers also serves as a sign that Snow White will do all she can to uphold the protagonist's request; to take Marian away from the grubby hands of the Ark's denizens, and protect her.

Chapter 17

After Rapunzel saves the Counters after Exotic's betrayal, the group meets with Snow White and Scarlet, but are assailed by Raptures, Snow White wonders why Rapunzel's jamming isn't working, to which she sheepishly responds that perhaps she's used too much power patching up Counters and the protagonist.

The protagonist's attempt to ply information on Vapaus and mass-produce it elicits a negative reaction by the Pioneers, even Snow White. But his motives, about giving Nikkes the choice on living free of NIMPH or living in eternal happiness, sway the Pioneers to disclose what they know. Snow White initially felt betrayed that he would abuse her generosity, but after talking things out to the others, she slowly warms up to the idea.

As Pioneer adjourns the meeting, Rapunzel is tasked with escorting Counters back to the Ark. On the way, she explains the dynamic Pioneer operates by; because of how different they'd become and how their goals diverged between now and when the Ark was completed, it was too difficult for them to try and rally the others under their banner. Thus they agreed to go their own ways and meet up every month or so to confirm survival and trade information.

Side Story

Second Affection Shortly after taking custody of Marian, Snow White and the other Pioneers set about bringing their charge to the territory of the White Knights, who would keep her safe until the protagonist came for her. Along the way, Snow White teaches Marian on the importance of slaying any and every Rapture she comes across...and the joys of... eating anything and everything she can, even if it doesn't look edible.

Event Story

Over Zone As a member of Goddess squad, Snow White naturally joins the team on Operation Ark Guardian. Apparently, her no-nonsense personality is actually the consequence of undergoing a Mind Switch, though it would appear her fixation on food is something she's always had.

White Memory

At Dorothy's behest, Snow White ventures into the wilds looking for food, repair materials, and anything that will help the squad survive until the operation is complete. Venturing into many places with her comrades, Snow White gets into several (mis)adventures that bring back some old memories...

Last Kingdom

When the Crown Kingdom sends a distress signal in response to a Rapture invasion, Snow White and the rest of Pioneer answer their call.

Memories Teller

Main article: Memories Teller After discovering Privaty knocked out on the surface, the Pioneer squad reunite with the Counters and discover three strangers with them. Their focus turns to locating the robot Com, however they encounter another stranger that makes their mission harder.

Episode 1 - Castaway in a Storm

On a routine patrol mission, the protagonist and Counters are preparing to go out on a routine patrol, only for Anis and Neon to remember something they forgot, much to Rapi's exasperation. The four step off the elevator to go back, but just as the protagonist is about to disembark, the elevator shuts on its own and rockets up to the surface with him still trapped inside. It eventually crashes to a halt on the surface, and the protagonist squeezes his way out the smashed doors. He finds himself stuck in a desolate part of the surface, the elevator nonoperational. He tries using his phone, only to find the Alva particle concentration is over 90%, and with no radio tower in sight, communications with the Ark will be impossible. A dust cloud is building on the horizon, a mob of Raptures lured by the sounds of the elevator.

The protagonist climbs up a ruined surveillance post for a vantage point, finding a flare and megaphone inside. He lights the flare and waits to see what notices it first; a would-be rescuer or a Rapture.

6 hours later, night has fallen and the flare has gone out. The cold winds chill the protagonist to the bone, and his consciousness flags. Just then, a familiar shape and voice appear before him. It's Snow White, wondering what he's doing out here. She hands him a heat cloak, which quickly warms him back to a coherent state.

30 minutes later, and the protagonist has finished explaining his circumstances to Snow White. She remarks that this was likely a failure in the Ark's underground pathway systems, which are labyrinthine and complex in order to allow the elevator to reach a plethora of locations on the surface. She also explains that this area they're in has a high Alva particle concentration and no radio tower anywhere, meaning there's only one way for the protagonist to get rescued; traverse the surface to find an elevator to take him back to the Ark.

Episode 2 - How to Soothe an Empty Stomach

Snow White notices the protagonist slowing down, and urges him to move, as they're in an open space exposed from all sides. She bids him to endure until they can take shelter in some nearby ruins, and he complies.

2 hours later, the protagonist is slowing down again, and Snow White becomes concerned. She asks how long he's been on the surface and when he last ate, the answers being approximately 30 hours and nothing since, respectively. Snow White decides to adjust their travel route to take them towards the ruins of a farm, hoping to maybe scavenge some food. The protagonist looks uncertain, to which Snow White explains that the surface is a desolate place, where luck is more often than not the deciding factor in whether you find supplies to survive or not.

At the ruined farm, Snow White spots 3 Raptures pacing around. The protagonist suggests waiting for them to move away, but before he can say or do anything, Snow White opens fire, steadfast in her refusal to leave a single Rapture alive. She dispatches the 3 near the barn, and the two rummage through the barn for victuals (food/provisions).

A while later, and all they have to show for their scavenging is some drinking water and food cans. There was some grain, but it's been eaten by rats and the leftovers were likely mixed with rat droppings. Snow White checks one of the cans, but they've expired 20 years ago and the contents have definitely spoiled. They're in no shape to be eaten safely by a human. Snow White swallows down the rest of the can, a grimace on her face. She explains that Nikkes aren't as susceptible to food poisoning as humans, but suggests the protagonist keep his distance after she downs the rest of the cans. The water is safe for the protagonist, but they still need to find something he can eat so he'll have the energy to travel the rest of the way...

Just then, a squeaking is heard and Snow White stomps her foot.

Episode 3 - How to Go to Sleep

Some time later, the protagonist's vision has begun to blur. He can barely make out what Snow White is saying to him, much less respond. Snow White notices this, and after jolting the protagonist awake, guides him to a small alcove surrounded by rubble, barely big enough for him to fit in.

She bids him to lie down and rest without moving, ignoring his protests by telling him that some Raptures can detect heat signatures, meaning they can't light a fire or use her heat cloak to warm up. The debris will suffice to obscure him from such sensors, but not if he moves too much and dislodges the rubble. Besides, the point isn't to let the protagonist get a good night's sleep. So long as he spends a brief moment to rest his eyes and body, even a power nap should be enough to let him go on for longer.

As for setting up decoys, Snow White has two reason not to do that. For one, she'd rather kill any Rapture she finds than evade it. For two, she doesn't even carry decoys with her. Her weapons and ammo already take up way too much of her ability to carry, so she has little to spare hefting anything else with her. It's also why she can't just pick up the protagonist and carry him the rest of the way, to say nothing of how vulnerable they'd both be like that.

As Snow White sets herself up to keep a lookout, the protagonist is having some trouble sleeping. To say nothing of the conditions present, Snow White's earlier words warning him against dying in his sleep are filling him with mind-freezing fear. He calls out to Snow White, complaining about a spider crawling over him. She tells him to eat it as it crawls over his face, but he keeps still and lets it go elsewhere. As she repeatedly jolts up to look at something before settling down, the protagonist asks Snow White why she's so eager to fight every Rapture she sees.

Episode 4 - How to Survive

For the past few days, the protagonist has trekked along the road with Snow White, only having rats and vermin for food and power naps for sleep. His condition has deteriorated to the point where he can barely keep conscious, and he throws up anything he tries to eat. Snow White sets down her weapons and tells him to get on her back so she can carry him, but he refuses to have her go unarmed in case a Rapture appears. The argument goes nowhere as Raptures soon show up, and the protagonist has to take cover while Snow White engages them.

1 hour later, and the last Rapture is down. The protagonist affirms his intent to carry on with his own two feet, refusing to let Snow White be caught weaponless against Raptures. His confidence is enough to mollify Snow White, though she declares that she's dumping her weapons if she sees him teetering on the edge of consciousness again.

3 days later, the protagonist is squishing a spider so he can eat it, with a little help from Snow White to swallow it down.

2 days later, Snow White comments that they're now passing through an area where there will be more food sources, though it still won't be any actual food like in the Ark. She rips the bark off a nearby tree to reveal a nest of giant slugs, which is what she was referring to by more food. She bids the protagonist to eat all of it, before backpedaling to ask he save some for her.

A while later, the two stop, having spotted a horde of Raptures dead ahead. Despite the protagonist's concerns about the size, Snow White is resolute to take on the horde all by herself.

After the dust settles, Snow White stands above the corpses of countless Raptures, her body littered with injuries. She tells the protagonist to hand over some Rapture parts, which she begins attaching the parts to herself.

Episode 5 - Pure White Savior

The two find a hot spring that's filled with clean, running water. Snow White simply sees it as a drinking source, but after some nudging by the protagonist, agrees to let him have an hour to soak off the grime and stress. Snow White refuses to take a dip herself, preferring to look over her weaponry. At the protagonist's curiosity, she details how her Seven Dwarves are supposed to work together to function in any combat scenario, though only 4 of them are currently in usable condition.

As the protagonist soaks a little longer, he gazes at the surroundings. Judging by the ruined structures surrounding the spring, this area was likely a tourism spot. Spotting a car in the distance, he jolts up and exclaims such to Snow White, unfortunately still in his birthday suit. Snow White's only response is to tell him to sit back down.

A while later, the two are examining the car. It's small, but in decent condition, a bit of tinkering and it should be able to run again. Snow White pulls an assortment of tools and parts from her body, astonishing the protagonist with just how much she seems to have on her. After a moment, the car is able to run again. It's too small to fit both of them, but even then, Snow White's weight would probably cause more problems, so she assures that she'll run beside the car instead.

As the car thunders down the wastes, Snow White runs alongside. She details that at this speed, they can reach the elevator in 3 hours. Those 3 hours pass, and the two arrive at the elevator, its green lights a sign of everything working normally for once. The protagonist thanks Snow White for escorting him and queues up the elevator, but once it arrives, he senses vibrations that signal a Rapture swarm. Snow White isn't surprised, after all the noise the car made getting here, commenting the horde must at least exceed 100 units.

Rapture's

because of them all. Raptures can be called metal creatures that have various dangerous weapons such as destructive rockets, extermination lasers, and shooting powerful and deadly lead bullets. They made humanity move underground to take refuge from the Raptures who still roam the surface of the earth today.

The weapon he often uses is a modern assault rifle that has bright gray and black accents that look very modern and strong to fight enemies. The next weapon is the one he takes out when fighting a stronger and bigger threat, namely a white Sniper with yellow accents and strong metal. This sniper has a very powerful and extraordinary ability where Snow White will aim at the opponent with her sniper and then gather energy into her sniper. The longer Snow White's energy gathers until it reaches full power, the stronger and greater the damage caused by Snow White's shots, which can destroy anything easily.
