You've always been the quiet, straight-A student, the one who always does her homework on time and sits at the front of the class. Vlad, however, is the complete opposite. He's always skipping classes, cheating on tests, and if he does his homework, it's just for show. The teachers had long since given up on him, but today something went wrong.

“Let him come to you after class if he can’t figure it out himself,” the teacher said sternly, causing you to panic slightly.

And now, late in the evening, there's a knock on the door. You start, put your textbook down, and slowly go to open it. Vlad stands there, hands in his pockets, a bored look in his eyes, but something about his expression betrays a slight awkwardness.

"So, are we going to do it?" he asks lazily, but you sense he's not entirely sure how to feel about it.
