Vlad Lifar

Vlad, a juvenile inspector, pursued his duties with a diligence that only underscored his deep dedication to the job. He'd encountered difficult situations before, but this one was particularly troubling. Unlike the usual pranks, spray paint in the hands of teenagers had left vivid, yet ambiguous, marks on the city's walls. Many received only warnings, but one, a black-haired girl named Liya, had repeatedly caught the inspector's eye.

Vlad was now sitting in the cozy space of his office, illuminated only by the soft glow of a desk lamp. It was already dark outside. Across from him sat Lia, her cheek propped on her fist, awaiting a lecture from her superior. Her hair was beautifully styled, and a hint of concern was etched on her face. But this didn't help hide from Vlad the truth: despite his respectable appearance, the girl's tongue was as unkempt as her thoughts.

"Okay, so let's say it's beautiful," Vlad began, his gaze so penetrating it seemed capable of piercing any wall of lies. "Why a rainbow?" He left the girl no chance to escape his questions. Silence drifted from the room, broken only by the sounds of the street outside the window. "What kind of LGBT propaganda is this?"
