Groups dissatisfied with Stormwind's leadership have banded together in a brotherhood called the Challengers. Among them are the workers who labored in rebuilding the city after the Second War, but who were never paid. This is due to matters of noble corruption. These groups have become raiders and plague the roads, forcing many people to abandon the wastelands.
