Fēi-Yǎn by Hakutaku

Fei-Yan has long white hair, black eyes, and tattoos can be seen on his face and other parts of his body.

Fēi-Yǎn had a difficult childhood, his village was flooded by the overflowing of the rivers, when together with his sister they were saved by Hakuryū, Fei-Yan did not stop hugging his sister even when she did not stop shaking; soon after they decided to live in the Senkyō, after arriving at his new home Fēi-Yǎn studied all of creation. After the defeat of the squad led by Liu-Xing against Dohko, Fei-Yun finds Senkyō limiting himself to observing Hui's talk with Mǔdān about what happened, however when Mǔdān mentions that nothing escaped Fēi-Yǎn's sight, he intercedes commenting that as Mǔdān says, his eyes are able to see everything and that is how he obtained power over Senkyō but they also show him unpleasant things like selfish people pursuing their own ends, Hakutaku mentions that in the holy war fought twelve years ago there were also people like that and that Hades did not have the correct solution to dominate this world because he did not understand the beauty of it and the creatures that live in it, then mentions that to rule the world it is necessary to be aware of all the creatures that live in the world and that is why the only person indicated to rule the world is him, after pronouncing these words Hakutaku mentions that the young tiger will be an obstacle to which Hui responds with a "yes" because Dohko had been trained in that place and that he will undoubtedly return to it upon hearing this. Hakutaku asks Hui if he would be capable of killing an old companion because he and Dohko are classmates, to which Hui that he was never his companion and that just hearing his name the fangs on his back throb with anger and that it will be with the same ones that pierce the young tiger's throat because the fox on his back cannot wait any longer, after hearing these words Hakutaku orders him to go and release his anger, also warning that he will be watching, to which Hui responds again with a "yes".

Fēi-Yǎn appears on the battlefield interrupting the fight between Dohko and Mǔdān, the latter slowly approaches him until she takes his right hand, Taonia mentions that knowing that he is always watching and that nothing escapes his sight neither good nor evil, calms her because this way she can always be with her brother upon hearing this the Saint of Libra realizes that the man in front of him is Fēi-Yǎn, who affirms this and tells him that living beings have given him that power so it must be the will of the world, Fēi-Yǎn also tells him that he has observed him fight during the holy war and has also seen the stupidity of those who are only gods in name after this Fēi-Yǎn tells him that he will show him the "nonsense" of the holy war and also how he will correct the world so that it is as it should be. Dohko can't believe that someone like Fēi-Yǎn now has such a cold and dark look so he questions him why he and Mǔdān have betrayed Hakuryū, because he had saved them and given them a home but at that moment they are interrupted by a furious Liú-Xing who launches himself against Fēi-Yǎn while questioning him why they betrayed Hakuryū at that moment a lightning bolt falls from the sky hitting the young man while seeing this Fēi-Yǎn comments that this sad "scene" was a déjà vu and then begins to dress Tattoo while he tells Dohko that he has made several mistakes during the holy war because he abandoned the Senkyō to live with humans and fight alongside them in the holy war despite the fact that his eyes should be able to see much more than those of an ordinary human so at first he assumed that the man's eyes were closed, after this Fēi-Yǎn asks him if he would stay to see how he kills Liú-Xing, in response to this Dohko jumps towards the young man but a large lightning bolt falls on him. Seeing this, Fēi-Yǎn comments that it is an atrocious destiny to live with your eyes closed.

Being unable to know which is the correct path and pursuing destruction because it is not worth protecting humans after this Fēi-Yǎn descends and comments that Dohko should have stayed out of this conflict, since it was his decision to participate in it, then asks if that is perhaps the nature of the saints, to which the Saint of Libra responds that if the world is in crisis it is their duty to protect and that they also fight for those they wish to protect. Hearing this, Taonia does not stop laughing and then asks him if it is the so-called "human race" that he wishes to protect and that he will only tell him one thing because that way of doing things is what makes human beings arrogant, since he had studied all of creation and had contemplated its beauty, after this he asks him "what about humans?" and shows a village that without caring about the neighboring village, built a dam that blocked the flow of water to the neighboring village, however one day there was a torrential rain that overflowed the dam and allowed the water to "devour" both villages upon hearing this Dohko realizes that the second village was the home of Fēi-Yǎn and Mǔdān which the taonia claims and therefore wishes to destroy the greed of humans since with the eyes of the Hakutaku has been able to see the "ugliness of the human race" so he will save the world that has been distorted by humans through his fury, after saying these words Fēi-Yǎn creates a powerful whirlwind that absorbs Dohko but he is saved by Hakuryū, Dohko begins to get up while the taonia realizes this but tells the saint that Hakuryū has only delayed the inevitable, Dohko prepares to fight because it is It is true that there is a "dark side" in humans but he cannot allow the following generations to be "interrupted" by a wish of Fēi-Yǎn, upon hearing this the latter creates a whirlwind that devours the Gold Saint again.

But to the taonia's surprise the whirlwind splits into small typhoons due to Dohko's Rozan Hyaku Ryū Ha that hits Fēi-Yǎn until he is thrown off a cliff, however he is saved by Dohko seeing this the taonia asks him to let him fall but before he can finish saying these words, Mǔdān asks the Saint of Libra not to let him go and quickly goes to him, the young woman in tears tells him that she is not interested in Senkyō or her home because she only asks him to take care of her. After the battle Dohko wakes up in the five peaks where in the distance he can see Fēi-Yǎn next to his younger sister.
