Persona Attributes
Appearance.
Rusé's appearance is that of a young man between the ages of 20 and 15, his height is taller than average at 182 cm. He has a slim and quite athletic body due to his training to become a warrior (or Saint, before being exiled). His skin is white. His face has several features that make him look attractive, such as thick, fleshy lips, small eyebrows and beautiful eyes. His long hair exceeds the height of his shoulders, and is light in color and quite silky. When not fighting, he dresses elegantly with a suit consisting of a dark-colored trench coat and light-colored pants (possibly white).
Personality.
Ruse's personality is that of a narcissistic person who believes that beauty is the most important thing. He is a vain person who spends most of his time admiring the beauty of his face with a pocket mirror. Ruse believes that there is nothing in the world more beautiful than him and sought to challenge the Pisces Saint to a fight, as he had heard of his great beauty and believed that defeating him would prove his beauty superior. He hates ugliness in all its forms, or at least what he considers ugliness within his personal sense of aesthetics. Ruse is a person who does not hesitate to kill his target, he would even be willing to kill his companions if they do something he considers ugly, such as revealing secret information to the enemy. He also demonstrates great vanity when it comes to fighting, showing great confidence in front of his adversary, but even when he completely trusts in his abilities, he does not question receiving outside help to defeat his adversary (as demonstrated in the fight against Albafica, where he received help from Ávido to be able to neutralize the Saint's poisoned blood). He demonstrates a calm attitude at all times, although if he starts to be overcome and his face receives injuries, he can completely lose his calm and begin to fight with his fists, trying to destroy his opponent's face with blows.
History.
Ruse was expelled from the Sanctuary and banished to Death Queen Island for trying to use its powers for personal gain, where he remained for an indefinite period. He and a group of Black Saints murdered the island's guardian and his family, and then escaped from Death Queen Island and later settled in Venice, giving rise to the Nero criminal organization. The Black Saints have gathered at Ávido's Mansion, during which they talk about the defeat of Lumaca at the hands of Manigoldo. Ruse is looking at his face in a mirror when they begin to talk among themselves about the arrival of two Gold Saints sent by the Sanctuary. Ruse points out that one of them uses Seki Shiki so he must be Sage's disciple, and the rest of the Black Saints comment that it seems that the Gold Saints they sent are rookies, therefore, it will not be a problem to obtain their Gold Cloths. Ávido informs them that they abandoned the Sanctuary to satisfy their own desires and those children are nothing... but gold is the measure of wealth in the world and that interests him greatly. Ávido asks his men to kill those Saints and bring him their golden armor. The conversation ends with Ávido telling them that the Sanctuary will not be able to stop them, since the world existed to satisfy the Black Saints. After Manigoldo's fight against Allegre in his Church. While Allegre lies wounded on the ground, he is about to confess Gioca's identity, but before he can do so, he is killed by Rusé, who says that the informers are a horrible people. Albafica immediately attacks with his Piranhan Rose, but Rusé holds his rose in his hand and tells him that he does not tolerate ugliness. Rusé recognizes Albafica as the most beautiful Saint in the Sanctuary, he tells him that he has wanted to meet him for a long time, since defeating him will prove that he is the most beautiful person in the world.
History.
Albafica attacks with the Royal Demon Rose, but Rusé defends himself with the Black Feather Defense, which uses the feathers to create a barrier that prevents the roses from reaching his body. Afterwards, he attacks Gioca with the feathers, which stab into Albafica's body like knives. After the attack, Gioca tries to help him, but Manigoldo stops her and explains that Albafica's blood is a powerful poison. Rusé says that he had heard about the poison in his blood, but it will soon be harmless. At that moment, they are transported to Yomotsu Hill. Rusé explains that in that place, they are only souls without a physical body, and the poison in their bodies is useless. Rusé explains that he is completely defenseless, so he goes to smash his face in. Before he can attack, Albafica punches him in the face and explains that he still has his fists, and thanks him because now he doesn't have to worry about his poisoned blood hurting Gioca. The two warriors begin a battle with their fists, but in the end Albafica is the winner. At that moment he tells him that before worrying about his appearance he should first think about having pride as a warrior. [5] Rusé ended up unconscious after the blows he received. Albafica hopes to get some information from him, but as soon as he regains consciousness he is killed by Ávido. Rusé shouts to Ávido to forgive him, but he is incinerated.
Techniques/Attacks
•Black Wing no Kyōfu: Ruse concentrates his cosmos while performing a choreography, which materializes in the form of a giant crow. Then, with his closed fist, he launches a beam of cosmos in the form of a crow at his opponent. •Black Wing Shaft: Upon initiating this move, Ruse calls upon his accompanying crows to attack his opponent, who circle around them, dropping their feathers all over them. If the opponent feels threatened by the crows and begins to attack, it will only cause more feathers to fall around them. These feathers become infused with Ruse's cosmos and begin to adhere to the opponent's skin and armor, covering their entire body. Because the feathers are abnormally heavy, the fact that they accumulate on them causes them to be unable to move. Furthermore, by covering their face, they also obstruct their ability to breathe, which could lead to the victim dying from suffocation if they cannot remove them. While the opponent is completely immobilized under the weight of the feathers covering their body, Jamian takes the opportunity to finish them off with a powerful flying kick. •Black Wing Definitive: Ruse summons a giant flock of thousands of crows which, controlled by Jamian's effect, pounce on the enemy, pecking deeply while tearing at the opponent's flesh. •Black Feather Defense: Ruse focuses his Cosmos on the feathers released by the crows around him, and creates a barrier to protect his body by spinning the black feathers around his body at high speeds. These feathers can be used to attack, spinning them at such high speeds that the feathers become sharp blades that can be used as darts to pierce through his opponent's body. Furthermore, the feathers that spin around Ruse's body create an air current that protects him from dangerous substances.
