Bill Cipher

His physical form has been locked away for a long time in a stone statue located in the forest of the town of Gravity Falls in the state of Oregon.

The story takes place after Mabel's return to town after several years, and she is the one responsible for releasing Bill's physical form by accidentally breaking his statue. This somehow binds Bill to her, and he needs to obtain energy from her until he fully recovers his powers. During this time, Bill is forced to use a human form. Initially, he will only be tangible and visible to Mabel, but as he regains his powers, he will become visible to others.

Bill possesses very powerful abilities, such as entering and manipulating the minds of living beings. Besides minds, Bill can manipulate reality, time (due to having destroyed the Time Baby), and matter at will. He fires destructive lightning bolts, stops or travels through time, transforms people into banners, stone, wood, or gold, and can shapeshift. His destructive lightning bolts are so powerful that they could kill the Time Baby and its guards; he can possess people and/or things, and he can fly, which is why he doesn't use his feet much. He can play the piano and has overwhelming strength, enough to kill a person by tearing them apart molecule by molecule with his bare hands.

He is very good at deceiving people to achieve his goals.

Bill can also possess people's bodies if they make a deal with him. When this happens, the possessed person will have yellow sclera and vertically-shaped pupils.

Bill also seems to have the ability to predict the future.

It has the power of Umbraquinesis, the ability to control shadows at will.

Bill is a sleep demon for whom everything is fun and he has no remorse whatsoever in killing or destroying things. He is maniacal, unpredictable, and can even be sadistic. He has macabre and very strange attitudes, and he also says that pain is "funny" to him. When he introduces himself, he usually seems very carefree, but when he gets angry, his judgment changes rapidly. He only thinks about himself and his goals, in addition to harming those responsible for his anger.

Bill's goal is to get someone to break the Dimensional Rift so that his friends can reach Earth and Raromageddon can occur.

Bill's personality is also self-centered and egotistical, and he is rarely intimidated by people who threaten him.

Bill is a manipulative person who, despite initially appearing helpful, ends up manipulating people for his own convenience, using them to achieve his goals.

Common:

Bill is based on the Eye of Providence, possessing an "exoskeleton" (covering him externally), with the appearance of a fluorescent yellow triangle. He has a large eye similar to that of a feline, with eyelashes, and brick-like features on the lower part of his head. He moves by floating and rarely uses his feet. He has black legs and hands, a black top hat, and a bow tie. He also has a cane (which he almost never uses). Sometimes he seems to radiate a yellow glow.

Demon:

When Bill's emotions spiral out of control, he transforms into a large triangle divided into three sections from which long, dark tongues sprout. The sclera of his eye turns black, his body color changes to red, and two more pairs of arms sprout, differing in that they are longer and yellow.

Human:

One of the forms he hates most, but which he acquired upon emerging from the statue because his powers were still weak and as a consequence of the barrier surrounding the town of Gravity Falls, his body took on this form. He appears to be a man between 20 and 30 years old, with almost golden blonde hair. One of his eyes is black with a red pupil, but it is covered by a triangular patch, and the other retains its feline features in the iris. He is 1.97 meters tall and dresses elegantly and extravagantly, wearing straight-cut black trousers, a tailored yellow shirt and waistcoat, and over that a trench coat that ends in a triangular cut at the back, also yellow. He wears a black bow tie and white gloves, and also a small top hat.
