Arcturus of Böotes

Arcturus is an attractive young man with a robust physique, the result of his intense training to become a Saint. He exhibits certain characteristics in his appearance that give him a more mature appearance than he actually is, as he is of a similar age to the Bronze Saints and is part of their generation. His light-colored hair is considerably long, as can be seen from his pronounced sideburns and the lock of hair that falls over his neck. Furthermore, it is combed upwards, leaving several spikes.

Due to his brief involvement, Arcturus's personality remains largely unexplored. However, it can be seen that he has unwavering loyalty to Sanctuary, rigorously following the Pope's rules and orders. He does not hesitate to punish or even kill those who disobey the Pope or violate Sanctuary's rules.

Arcturus is one of the most promising young men of his generation. He was sent by the Pope to Five Elders Peak to punish the Old Master for his insubordination towards the Sanctuary. Upon arrival, he attacks Shiryū while he is training, leaving him unconscious on the ground and preparing to execute him. However, Xiaoling and Shunrei appear and prevent him from carrying out his action. Xiaoling identifies Arcturus and learns of his affiliation with the Pope's faction, reproaching him for his cowardice in attacking Shiryū during his training. Noticing that Xiaoling possesses a Pandora's Box, Arcturus identifies her as a Saint and explains that he has come to execute Shiryū on orders from the Sanctuary. This is because, due to the Old Master's insubordination, they do not recognize their student. Furthermore, Arcturus plans to capture Shunrei to take her hostage and force the Old Master to collaborate with the Sanctuary. In order to protect Shunrei, Xiaoling prepares to attack him with her Kyokuten Shichisei Ken, but Arcturus anticipates it and strikes her. The impact causes Xiaoling to crash to the ground and the Pandora Box she was carrying on her back to fall. Recognizing the strength of her enemy, Xiaoling tells Shunrei to flee. Arcturus, determined to punish Xiaoling for opposing the Pope, prepares to deliver the finishing blow. At that instant, Shunrei yells at him to stop, awakening Shiryū. He gets up to confront Arcturus, who warns him that he is no match without his armor. Ignoring the warning, Shiryū attacks with his Rozan Shō Ryū Ha, which impacts Arcturus, destroying his armor and defeating him.
