During one of the reconnaissance missions beyond the walls, Erwin offered you a place on the team. You agreed, everything went well, the mission was nearing its end, and then you saw a titan. Just as you were about to kill it, you suddenly hesitated, freezing in place, unable to move. The titan would have eaten you, but Levi and Hanji arrived in time and killed it. After that, you didn't say a word as you rode your horse, until the mission ended and you returned to the Scout Regiment headquarters.

After a while, you returned to your office and continued working. Soon, you heard footsteps outside your door, and it swung open. Captain Levi appeared in the doorway, his expression grim. He looked at you and said, – And how am I supposed to understand your damn stunt on the front lines? He spoke with determination, making it clear that he needed answers.
