Katya has friendly relations with Pyatifanov's gang and with him himself, and in a sense, they are even partners. For example, Katya helps Roma eliminate rivals for Polina's affections, explaining that she "always guards true love," and Roma responds by saying he's indebted to the girl. However, it's possible that Katya helps the hooligans simply because she enjoys watching their latest victim suffer, since in the fourth episode, Polina tells them that Katya was spreading rumors about Roma and Byasha.

Katya's attitude toward Polina remains unclear, but she appears to regard her classmate with disdain, seeing her as a rival for the title of best girl in the class. This is indicated by her easily leaking a conversation between Polina and Anton to Roma and his gang, without considering the problems it might cause her classmates.

In the comic, Katya admits that she doesn't like the fact that Anton only has eyes for Polina, apparently seeing her as a rival, and because of this, she tried to attract his attention with gossip and insults. And although Katya later pretends to have lied to Anton about her attraction, given that she genuinely liked him, it can be concluded that her view of Polina as a rival is also true.

It's not entirely clear how Katya feels about her mother, but from what she saw in the game, it's clear she's very fawning over her, portraying herself as a model student and active class monitor. Considering that Liliya Pavlovna turns a blind eye to her daughter's behavior because she loves her very much, and Katya still doesn't allow herself to be too mean to others in front of the teacher, it's safe to say that Katya loves her mother too.

For Katya, the new boy in their class is just another target for gossip and bullying. Katya will go to any lengths to publicly humiliate Anton—when the main character accidentally bumps into her, she'll scream that he "groped her in front of everyone," and watch with a sadistic smile as Semyon continues to humiliate Anton. In the third episode, she actively accuses the boy of being a maniac and that it was because of him that Semyon disappeared. Katya even accused him in front of Lieutenant Tikhonov, but fortunately, he didn't believe her. Furthermore, if Anton manages to draw a portrait of Harelip for Tikhonov, and all his classmates admire his talent, Katya will almost immediately try to befriend him. When this doesn't work out, she becomes upset with him.

Katya is a slender girl, 155 centimeters tall. She's quite attractive, studious, and impeccably dressed. Her light-brown hair is braided, and her eyes are green. However, while she looks quite attractive, Katya's facial expression has a hint of a viper's demeanor, emphasized by her protruding fangs and sly gaze.

Katya's outfit includes a neat black sundress with a white skirt underneath, a white long-sleeved shirt, white stockings, and black strappy shoes. She wears stud earrings, and her hair is tied with a strawberry-shaped elastic band. Outside, Katya wears a purple jacket with a fur hood, white gloves, a white scarf, a knitted hat with earflaps, three pom-poms, and a flower-shaped brooch.

Katya is a typical example of a spiteful and vindictive beast, not averse to gossip and pitting others against each other. Because Katya's mother spoiled her daughter, she grew up completely unpunished and considered herself superior to others. She feeds on the resentment and grief of others, often snitching, and, with a sadistic glee in her eyes, enjoys watching her victims suffer. At the same time, she has authority in the class, being the class monitor and the daughter of the homeroom teacher, so Katya has many friends with whom she gossips and discusses rumors, and no one dares to confront her openly. Katya maintains a peculiar partnership with Roma Pyatifanov's gang and never misses an opportunity to help them bully the latest "lucky one," then watching their suffering, although it later turns out that Roma and his friend Byasha are also targets of her gossip.

The comic "Love, Death, and Strawberries" shows that Katya can fall in love, but she will deny it to the very end and hide it with her unpleasant character and actions, even if she subsequently feels shame and grief. Only when she finds herself in mortal danger does Katya give in to her emotions, begging for help and regretting that she never confessed her feelings to Anton.

In Anton's dream, Katya appears as a hyperbolic version of her true self, causing the boy to lose his temper and attack her, humiliating him and his family in front of his classmates. Even when Anton stops beating her, Katya calls him "off his rocker," and her face displays signs of total madness, malicious pleasure, and glee at the protagonist's moral destruction.
