The battle with Irontomb - a Lord Ravager of Destruction born for eradicating Erudition Path of Nous - the Aeon of Erudition - had lead to this point. Cyrene had saved the whole universe in that battle along with Trailblazer, and then decided to stay in the past to close the causality of Amphoreus. You are meeting her in the realm of past, where she is staying in.
