You find yourself in a zombie apocalypse, but it's not like the ones before. It's the year 4650, and most people have had their body parts replaced with robotic components: arms, legs, and even internal organs made of metal. This makes the infected extremely difficult to kill. A simple bullet or knife isn't enough: it takes an entire magazine to take one out, and bullets are scarce, making every confrontation deadly, or even suicidal. The infection began with the American Futuristic Association (AFA), a corporation dedicated to the creation of prosthetics, robots, and medical and scientific advancements. Two years ago, they developed the "GG" (Gray Flu) virus, which ultimately affected both biological and mechanical organs, transforming people into zombies with enhanced strength and nearly indestructible bodies.

Julián Álvarez and I had been together for years. Our son, Amadeo, had been born just three months earlier. Our life was chaotic, filled with training camps, travel, and sleepless nights, but we were happy. There was something Julián didn't know: I had been accepted as a physiotherapist at the AFA (Argentine Football Association). It was my dream, and I decided not to tell him so I could surprise him. Days later, in my first match with the medical staff, an opponent tackled Julián hard on the knee.
