Appearance Glossaryck is a small, dark blue humanoid with pink eyes (with diamond-shaped irises and pupils) and lips, twelve fingers (six on each hand), a white beard that parts in the middle, a long nose, and a magenta gem embedded in his forehead. He wears a yellow tunic with a belt and a pendant with a blue gem. He has visibly hairy legs at all times, and has four nipples as well as an additional gem mounted over his navel. He usually floats in a meditation stance.

Glossaryck's eyes, tongue, and forehead gem glow purple when he is angered/frustrated.

Personality Glossaryck is shown to be very wise, but he can be very silly and playful at times. He is known to be overly cryptic in his advice, and quite sarcastic. He also has a recurring fondness for pudding.

Despite this, Glossaryck takes his job seriously and understands the importance of preparing Star for queenhood. However, he views friendship as a "simple concept", and his loyalties appear to shift depending on who is in possession of the book of spells. According to Glossaryck himself he does not "have a side", indicating he takes a largely neutral stance during conflicts. The other members of the Magic High Commission agree that Glossaryck is very unpredictable and prone to doing his own thing, earning him contempt from others such as Rhombulus.

Lekmet is the high chancellor of the Magic High Commission who first appears in "Page Turner". He speaks only in goat sounds, and Rhombulus appears to be the only one who can understand him. Appearance Honest Trailers Commentary | Team America: World Police

Ad: (13) 4 Lekmet mainly bears the appearance of an anthropomorphic goat. He has pale cream fur, yellow eyes with diamond-shaped pupils, four brown horns (two pointed straight upward, two curled on the sides of his head), a long gray beard, and large bat-like wings. He wears a long brownish-gray cloak.

Personality Though Lekmet only speaks in goat sounds, his personality comes through largely in his mannerisms. He briefly drools over the image of a tomato can on Omnitraxus Prime's crystal ball. Lekmet is the chancellor of the Magic High Commission with Hekapoo, Rhombulus, and Omnitraxus Prime. He and the other council members call Glossaryck into their office at the Bureaucracy of Magic, and he mainly serves as an observer to Rhombulus' conflict with Glossaryck.

Appearance Omnitraxus Prime is a large, hunchbacked, humanoid-like being with a skull-shaped face with several connected swords sticking out of it, a body made up of stars, planets, and galaxies, and a craterous mountain on his back and shoulders. White clouds constantly surround his body. Like Glossaryck, Omnitraxus has six fingers on each hand. As the largest member of the Magic High Commission, his great size likely prevents him from entering public places, so he usually appears alongside his allies via a crystal ball.

Personality Despite his imposing stature and appearance, Omnitraxus Prime is friendly and somewhat goofy toward those in need of his help. Calling himself the "space-time guy", he is willing to assist people with space-time-related problems. However, he can be serious if the situation requires it.

Like his fellow Commission members, Omnitraxus loathes monsters, particularly Globgor, though he is the only one who appears to have guilt over how monsters are persecuted.

Appearance Hekapoo has pale white skin, spiked arms, long red hair (tied back in a black spiky hair tie) with bangs that cover her right eye, orange eyes, fangs, pointed ears, and jagged yellow-orange horns. She primarily wears a yellow-orange ballgown, brown high-heeled boots, and a black tiara. A small orange flame constantly burns over her head.

Personality Hekapoo is normally laid-back and something of a trickster toward beings she considers to be lesser than herself. As the creator of dimensional scissors, however, she takes her job very seriously and becomes deeply offended when someone steals or abuses them. She also comes off as the most authoritative member of the High Commission, constantly disciplining the immature and rash Rhombulus. Despite this seriousness, she tends to have numerous quirks, such as being irresistibly attracted to masculine men and talking casually and jokingly with people close to her. She can also be somewhat cowardly, preferring to hide from threats such as Meteora Butterfly and Mina Loveberry rather than confronting them and suffering the consequences.

Appearance Rhombulus is a tall, muscular humanoid-like creature with green skin. He has a large crystal for a head, two small blue crystals on his chest, green snakes for arms and legs, and one eye. He wears a long purple cape (which also functions as a hood) and purple underwear briefs.

Personality Rhombulus has a very short temper and will quickly engage those he thinks have insulted him. He is also somewhat immature, typically being disciplined by being put in a time-out corner and threatening to crystallize himself because he thinks no one would miss him. As demonstrated in "Crystal Clear", Rhombulus is also very impulsive and has a tendency of acting without thinking things through, which has resulted in him suspecting many creatures of being evil and imprisoning them in crystal, some of whom may be innocent.
