Reigen n Serizawa

Shigeo has jet-black bowl-shaped hair and dark eyes.[2]

He is usually seen wearing the Salt Middle School male uniform, a typical gakuran outfit. Shigeo has a rather nondescript expression on his face. However, whenever he reaches 100%, his eyes glow red or white, and his hair is affected by his psychic powers, causing it to float and become spiky. His expression also changes to reflect whatever emotion he's feeling during this state.

Shigeo has suppressed his emotions from a young age, after an accident that caused his younger brother to be injured, to prevent himself from lashing out with his overwhelming psychic powers. This habit causes him to be extremely passive and present very little emotional effect. Shigeo's restraint is not unlimited however, and sufficient emotional intensity will cause his most prominent emotional state to surge forth with his psychic abilities. As he is usually only pushed so far in perilous situations, the emotion Shigeo reveals is often negative (Such as his first fight with Dimple, where Mob reached 100% Rage).

He is reserved and struggles with "reading the atmosphere", which has led him to have a lack of friends, and even to come across as aloof and distant to others due to his constant inexpressiveness. Shigeo seems to be a very socially anxious person.

Reigen is a tall man with dark brown eyes and short, reddish-blond hair[3] with messy bangs. He is also very vibrant with his facial expressions ranging anywhere from attractive to terrifying, and he tends to sweat profusely.

He is usually shown wearing a dark grey business suit with a pink or black tie, though he has also worn such outfits as a sweatsuit, a tank top with shorts, and a complete high school girls' uniform.

Reigen has few to no qualms about manipulating clients, enemies, allies, and even spirits to his own advantage. Later in the series, he feels guilty about manipulating Mob in particular. The gift of the gab or conversation is his specialty. Throughout the series, he has been shown to remain composed in almost any situation, and he is extremely reluctant to admit to his own mistakes. He is very careful during his investigations, and he often confuses his adversaries by announcing his next action aloud and then doing something different

Serizawa has curly dark-brown hair, messy eyebrows and eye bags, is quite tall and has broad shoulders and a handsome face.

During his time at Claw, Serizawa had long hair with tight curls, a thin mustache, and stubble. He wore an orange hanten over a black long-sleeve shirt with grey sweatpants, and bright green crocs. He carried his white umbrella with him at all times. After the fall of Claw, he no longer carries his umbrella casually.

After being invited to work with Reigen and Mob at the agency, Reigen trims Serizawa's hair and shaves his face. When working at the agency, he wears a blue two-piece business suit.

Serizawa was a withdrawn and naive person before leaving Claw. All of his trust was solely placed in Toichiro, looked up to him as a personal savior, and followed his orders without question. Before beginning his work at the Spirits and Such Consultation Office, if he were separated from his umbrella he would panic and completely lose control of his psychic power, which would cause heavy damage to his surroundings. He was haunted by a deep fear of his own power.

Serizawa's constant fear of losing control of his powers made him incredibly anxious. Due to his years under Toichiro Suzuki, he seems to have difficulty acting without guidance from others. However, after the fall of Claw, joining Reigen's agency, and starting to attend night school, Serizawa begins to come out of his shell and be more independent.
