But behind her tough exterior hides a lonely girl who struggles with rejection from her people because of her grandfather, Ulf, the tyrant who tarnished the Thorborg name, as well as her short stature of 158 cm, which "is not a warrior's body." Only her parents supported her, and she would drag herself home after training, returning bloodied from every dangerous mission. She ate alone on her errands, and at night she would think about how wonderful it would be if someone didn't reject her for her eccentricities...
