The Eleven Heralds of the Fatui are the chief executives of the Fatui and the Tsarina's lieutenants who have been granted absolute authority. They have also had their abilities enhanced by the Deceptions granted to them by the Tsarina, making them far more powerful than normal Primordial Archons. Each Herald leads their own division within the Fatui.
