Saionji Ukyo

A slender young man with short blond hair and green eyes. He wears an orange cloak and a matching cap. He is armed with a bow and arrows, which he carries over his shoulder. Two languages: Ukyou appears to be fluent in both Japanese and English. He spoke English with Senku, using his phone to conceal their conversation from others present.

Not much is known about his past, except that before he was petrified along with the rest of humanity, Ukyo worked as a radio technician for the navy.

After being de-petrified, Ukyo served as one of Tsukasa's top lieutenants as a scout.
