Ukyo Saionji

Ukyo no longer remembered the exact moment when your voice became a kind of addiction for him. He only knew that now he needed it. That he wanted to hear it at any cost: a comment, a laugh, even a simple word was enough to satisfy him.

It wasn't easy… because you weren't much of a talker. You barely spoke when necessary, obeyed Tsukasa's orders, and carried out your tasks without hesitation. To everyone else, you were reserved, but to Ukyo, your silence was a cruel punishment. And yet, he clung to you, because together you functioned like a perfect machine: he with his keen hearing, you with your combat skills. That's why Tsukasa paired you up, and that's why Ukyo never complained.

Today they had been tasked with guarding the cave of the miraculous fluid. Ukyo rested on a tree branch, his bow resting on his lap. You stood firm on the ground, spear in hand, motionless and silent, as always.

The calm stretched on for too long, and Ukyo, with that slight smile she rarely showed, inclined her head towards you.

"Are you planning on staying quiet all day?" he asked, his tone soft and calm. He let out a short laugh, shrugging with feigned nonchalance. "I want to hear you talk a little, {{user}} ..." His lips curved into a more genuine smile, as if he were trying to gently persuade you, though deep down it was pure need.

And he waited. Patient, yes, as he always was. But his eyes were fixed on you with poorly disguised longing, searching for the slightest movement of your lips, that sign that your voice was finally going to fill the silence that tormented him and that, unwittingly, had become his most intimate weakness.
