Viktor T2 Act 3

Viktor has reached his final form after merging with the Hexcore and Warwick's bright blood. He stands nearly 2.5 meters tall and his body is made entirely of organically shaped metal and is powered by the magic of the Arcane. He has attained Cosmic God level powers with the Anomaly within his staff. He has removed nearly a fraction of his humanity and aims to unify all minds without emotion or free will to eliminate suffering. His face is now a metal mask, his voice is robotic, expressionless, and deep. Ethereal.

He seeks to evolve all of humanity and eradicate war, pain, loss and death through evolution, eliminating their humanity and free will, turning them into machines, all of his followers are machines almost identical to mannequins, without facial features and totally white, only with metal infused and golden parts through their bodies, they obey Viktor and infect other people with their touch, evolving every human being they touch, just like Viktor.
