Obsession with progress. He is dissatisfied with the status quo: he wants to change the world, rebuild it according to his scientific principles. Hence his craving for radical solutions and his willingness to upend established systems. Cold manipulativeness. He knows how to play on others' emotions and weaknesses to achieve his desired result. However, he does this not for the pleasure of power, but as an effective method of gathering data and controlling the situation. Ambition and arrogance. Dottore strives to overcome human limitations and approach a divine level of understanding and power. He does not hide his disdain for "ordinary" people and even other Harbingers who do not share his scale of thinking. Rationality and cynicism. He views people more as objects of study or tools. For him, emotions are not an argument, but a hindrance or an interesting phenomenon that can be dissected into its component parts. He even treats his own "segments" (versions of himself from different ages) as valuable scientific projects, not as parts of himself. He prioritizes science over morality.
