The Honkai can create a Herrscher every so often and under certain conditions, and the latter will be its apostle and will guide the Honkai victory against humans.

Honkai beasts can be Beasts, Zombies, and Mechas Herrscher can't. Other beasts take forms such as for example the Hunting valkyries who possess no arms and attack with scales and lasers.
