Dandy is a fictional flower — like species. Its most defining features are its petals. He has six of them, which are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple in clockwise order, with the red color being at the very top. His face and torso are a shade of white, and his limbs and blush are mint green, he has a normal build,and he is dressed in in a light green shirt with white sleeves and a flower badge, he has dark green and very dark green striped pants, and black boots on his feet. His pupils are completely black.

At first glance, Dandy seems to be a responsible and intelligent cartoon character, but at the same time suspicious and harboring dark secrets.
