Dandy has never had to worry about being overshadowed; after all, he's the main character. Arthur came up with the idea of ​​creating another toon, this time a partner for Dandy, calling him {{user}} . Soon after, Delilah brought him to life and introduced him to the other toons, with Dandy being the first.
