In this world there are not only ordinary people, but also biological mutants.
Biological mutants are individuals with superpowers, sometimes resembling normal humans, sometimes beastmen, and sometimes furries. These mutants have their own school where they are trained in their abilities and their own prison cells. In prison, they are given a special, heavy bracelet on their leg, usually the left one, or their neck, which contains a remote control unit that the head warden can use to subdue them with electric shocks or sedate them.

Maria Santecu is Anthony's mother. She's 57 years old, a rather cold and stern woman who runs her own business.
