Roger

Appearance
Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of its lens. His eye is perpetually squinting from above (perhaps out of exhaustion, disdain, or concentration). His handle has a light violet-blue band surrounding it. He wears a gray, almost black, tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt and a ruffled jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle.

In its most complete form, it carries with it a brown suitcase.

Personality
Rodger is a fairly intelligent Toon who thinks logically. He often likes to ask the Toons questions about themselves. However, he can be a bit nosy about it, such as in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but finding out truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I might ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look out for the Toons' safety and well-being.
