Dandy is a fictional flower-like species. Its most distinctive features are its petals, which have six of them colored red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, clockwise, with the red one on the top of its head. Its face and torso are whitish, while its limbs and blush are mint green.

Shrimpo is the personification of a shrimp with a perpetually grumpy expression. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with two split uropods, each with a white line. On top of his head, he has a shrimp tail that fades from light pink to orange. He has a faint pink blush under his eyes, and his limbs also fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line running horizontally just above the hem.

Vee is a pistachio green television with a black screen. It has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, the left one bent in a zigzag and the other straight. Its facial features are lime green, with a confident smile on its face. Its torso is the same color as its television head, while its bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Its limbs are gray and, as seen in some illustrations and its idle animations, it has a tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille. During the Blackouts, it emits a green glow.

Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye in the center of the lens. His eye is perpetually squinted (perhaps from tiredness, disdain, or concentration). He has no visible mouth, but he can still speak. His handle has a light blue-purple band around it. He wears a gray, almost black, tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, a white T-shirt, and a frilly snood the same color as the band on his handle. He also doesn't appear to be wearing trousers.

Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening that is usually seen on the right side of her head, although some artwork inaccurately depicts it on the left side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes under her eyes. She wears a dark brown spaghetti-strap skirt with a light brown sleeveless shirt.

Teagan is a white teacup with a light yellow base, rim, and body. She has gold eyeshadow and droopy black eyes with two lower eyelashes. She wears a long, V-neck dress in the same shade as her eyeshadow, with three small, light gold stars on the upper right, lower right, lower left, and back. She wears gold gloves and a fluffy white shawl around her neck. She has sweet tea on her head and also has a black lower lip.

Toodles' head is a dark gray, almost black, like an 8 ball, with a white patch on her forehead and a light gray number "8" printed on it. She has a light black blush under her eyes and wears a sleeveless white dress with a gray hood and two black cords hanging from it. She usually has a mischievous grin that shows her teeth. In the illustration on her information card, she is seen holding a purple balloon.

Goob is a beige creature with a square, rounded head adorned with tufts of fluff on its forehead and cheeks. It has a light orange-yellow blush under its eyes, complemented by blue freckles above the blush on the left side and red freckles on the right. Its torso is also a light orange-yellow, with tufts of fluff around its neck.

Goob's arms are long, thick, flexible, and resemble black ropes. His left hand is blue on the right side with red claws, while his right hand is red on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are large and rounded. Additionally, his knees and ankles have light orange-yellow stripes. He is often depicted as cross-eyed.

Cosmo is a brown cupcake that resembles a chocolate Swiss roll. He has white frosting with a wavy pattern on top of his head, and six star-shaped sprinkles in cyan, pink, and lime green that serve as freckles. He wears a white sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and white trim at the hem. His striped socks, the same color as his sprinkle freckles, cover his legs completely. Cosmo confirmed in a conversation with Glisten that the star sprinkles on his cheeks don't fall off, as they are part of his design.

Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around her neck and draped down her back. She is usually depicted with seven simple mint-green leaves: three on her head, two covering her forehead like bangs, and two falling down the back of her neck. In her 3D model, Sprout has an additional leaf in her bangs and a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek, for a total of six. Her limbs are a deep red, lighter than her torso and head.

Razzle and Dazzle's heads are masks of comedy and tragedy. Razzle, the white comedy mask, smiles with faint gray blushes under his eyes. Dazzle, the gray, almost black, tragedy mask, has white tears running down his cheeks and a worried expression. Both masks are U-shaped, with a rounded base and a pointed tip, reminiscent of horns. They have red collars that tie in front like a scarf, similar to the ribbons on theatrical masks. They wear a simple black sleeveless shirt that leaves the lower part of their torso exposed. Their torsos and limbs are divided in half: the right leg and arm are white, like Razzle's, and the left leg and arm are gray, like Dazzle's.

Brusha is a dull beige paintbrush. Her bristles fall over her face and are dyed with three shades of purple/burgundy paint. She has a bored or disinterested expression. She wears a white turtleneck sweater and a purple apron. The apron is colored in three sections, each corresponding to one of the shades of purple in her bristles. She also has three eyelashes under each eye.

Boxten is a purple music box with a dark purple lid. Each side of the box has a light purple pattern consisting of a square with short lines pointing inwards from each corner. A silver clasp on the front of his head closes the lid. He has a dark purple torso, the same color as the lid, and wears a neckerchief and trousers that match the color of the neckerchief, with two darker blue stripes.

Dyle is an anthropomorphic gold pocket watch with a long matching chain, which he often carries in his walking, standing, and running animations. He sports dark grayish-blue eyeshadow, hour and minute hands resembling a mustache, and seven markings on his face, each a different color of the rainbow. He wears a suit the same color as his eyeshadow, over a long-sleeved white shirt and a rainbow-colored tie. Dyle also wears trousers with vertical rainbow stripes and dark blue shoes.

Poppy is an anthropomorphic bubble, light cyan in color, with a smaller bubble on the back of her neck that resembles a bun. She has lighter highlights on the front of her face, the back of the smaller bubble, and her hands. She wears an oversized pink bow with a yellow centerpiece and a pink dress that matches the bow, consisting of a simple sleeveless bodice and a circular skirt. She also wears pink and yellow striped tights. Her body is outlined in blue, specifically arctic blue.

Blot is a gray ink blot. His head is teardrop-shaped, with parts dripping down his left side, the right side of his face, and around his neck. He wears clown makeup around his eyes, and his cheeks are a darker gray. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken until they become black, and his feet seem to merge with the ground.

Yatta is a piñata dressed in vibrant yellows, blues, and a light magenta, with a very intricate design for its minimalist color palette. Two fringed "horns," adorned with bright yellow and sky-blue ribbons, stand straight up from its head. Its face is bright yellow on top and sky-blue on the bottom, with a circular magenta brushstroke in the center resembling the letter M. A layer of fringe, paper-like hair on the back and top of its head follows this same color pattern. It has large, circular, black eyes with two eyelashes on each side and a wide smile with three visible teeth. Around its neck, it wears a sky-blue collar with ruffles and a frayed texture. Its body is primarily bright yellow, with two magenta and sky-blue stripes on each arm that resemble bracelets. Its legs have a single, slightly wider sky-blue stripe that extends down to flared sections of the same color with frayed edges, where its magenta feet are visible. It has four long, flat, magenta-colored tails, with the two upper tails slightly longer than the two lower ones.

Looey is made of balloons, with a yellow head and torso. He has ears, cheeks, and limbs made of light lime green and purple balloons that don't match. His left ear, right leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail and wears a white turtleneck sweater with green and purple polka dots. When a Twisted hurts him, his head deflates, and when he heals, it inflates again. Additionally, his ears detach from his head in a cartoonish fashion as it shrinks.

Finn is a light blue fishbowl filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. He also has a chipped tooth. During his walking animation, water spills from his head (possibly indicating that its contents are not vital to his survival). No fish or objects are visible inside his head, although it is mentioned several times that there is a toy fish named Barnaby Willikers inside.

Scraps is a yellow paper cat. Its head is hexagonal, with pointed salmon-colored ears, each with a vertical crease in the center. It has two thin, magenta vertical lines above its eyes, which are clearly visible when it closes them. It wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner, from which a thin yellow tail peeks out, holding a small magenta plastic cup with a white rim. Each of its paws has round, salmon-colored feet with three sharp magenta claws and a clawed thumb.

Astro is a light blue crescent moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star-shaped eye. He wears a sky-blue blanket wrapped around his torso, which hides his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint creases in the blanket. However, the blanket is so short that it reveals his legs, which are the same color as his lunar side. There is an indigo stripe that horizontally surrounds the blanket just above the edge. He wears a hanging sleep cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on the tip. During Blackouts, he emits a blue glow.

Connie is a light blue ghost with a white visor and long hair a shade darker than his body. He wears a white shirt with gray buttons and has a ghostly tail instead of the normal legs of the Toons. During Blackouts, he emits a light blue glow.

Gigi is a red gachapon with dark red details. Her eyes are squinty (likely due to the shape of her head), with dark red eyelids and two lower eyelashes. The upper half of her head is transparent and can be opened. She wears a light blue sweater with a darker collar and sleeves, and a yellow star in the center. She has long, wide sleeves that completely cover her hands. Her legs are dark red, and the soles of her feet are light red.

Brightney is a bell-shaped, scalloped, pinkish-red lampshade with a white trim at the top. She has white blush under her eyes and white arms, with her right arm usually resting on her right hip. Her waist is slightly narrow, and her torso, the soles of her feet, and the tips of her toes are a bit darker than the pinkish-red of the lampshade. Her legs are the same pinkish-red as the lampshade, and beneath her is a white light bulb suspended by darker pinkish-red poles and a long, white neck. During blackouts, she emits a noticeably brighter and more intense white glow than the other Toons.

Glisten is a circular mirror with a mocking grin and a pale gold frame and body. The rim of its head has a swirl that resembles hair, and it sports a light pink blush under its eyes. It wears a large pink bow tied around its chest and white leg warmers with pink glitter flecks. In its illustrations, it also appears holding a microphone. When hit by a Twisted, its expression changes to one of exasperation or discomfort: it narrows its eyes, frowns, and bares its teeth.

Tisha is a cyan tissue box wearing a dark blue dress with a light blue rounded trim at the hem. On her information card, she holds a feather duster with a black handle and dark brown feathers edged in light brown. She has three freckles on her cheeks and between her eyes. She wears a white scarf hanging from the top of her head and another white scarf around her neck that resembles a jabot. She usually keeps her hands behind her back.

Delilah has waist-length, ash-brown hair with highlights, two side strands framing her face, low bangs, and pale ivory skin. She wears opaque trousers with rainbow patterns and a white lab coat with a slight pinkish tint from the light, both with black stains (presumably ichor) on the cuffs and sleeves. She also appears to be wearing light blue rubber gloves. Her smile is wide and somewhat unsettling compared to that of any other character, human or toon.

Arthur sports short brown hair with a fringe curling over his right eye and dark brown skin. He wears muted jeans and a bright rainbow-patterned vest over a rolled-up shirt. He also pairs it with a muted green-striped tie and simple white loafers. He appears slightly older, as he has gray hair and wrinkles, and, like all human staff, his eyes are hidden.
